Smart Stay Hotel Station

The location was very close to the train station, and the pricing makes it a very affordable price for exploring the city. I recommend anyone to come here! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, willing to also temporarily store my luggage even after check out. They also have a common toilet in case your friend is occupying the toilet in your own hotel room. Moreover, the rooms look clean enough and modern!

The isolation from the window is not the best. The windows aren't that thick, leading you to hear the outside noise a little bit. Moreover, the bathrooms have no locks so you better tell your friend before you enter the bathroom.

The room was brand new renovated with good taste. The stairwell was still under work but was open and nice to use instead of an elevator.

Location was ideal for a lone traveller reaching Munich by train late at night, and leaving Munich by train early in the morning. The hotel was a leisurely 7 min walk from the train station. Hotel room and bed is clean. Shower and heating was adequate. Comfortable stay. Value for money.

I had some issues paying with my card which I did not have in other places. I am not sure was it an internet issue? I was a little concerned when the hotel staff asked me to go out and withdraw some cash at a nearby ATM because it was close to midnight and I wasn't feeling exactly safe being my first time in Munich. It would have been great if the staff could show some understanding and allow me to check in first and pay the next morning. In any case, I managed to find some cash which was enough to cover the room cost so that was settled. The internet in the room was also a little weak, and sometimes I had to walk close to my door to catch the reception, but afterwards the internet was stable in the room.

I like that it was really very near the train station. Just few walks and then tadaa - 😄. The room was small, but it was fine with me as I am a solo traveller and was just staying mostly in the night. Staffs were also very nice. They also offered breakfast for just €8,90. I liked it as I hate looking for shops early in the morning and having a hard time to decide where to eat. But if you prefer to eat outside, it won't be a problem as there are lot of coffee shops and resto nearby. For groceries, REWE is also super close.

My window would not close, but thanks to the thick curtains - it had not bothered me that much. The room was also not soundproof, I can hear when someone arrives from the hallway late at night already or when the room next door to me was using the television. It was also under repair at the moment, so the entrance doesn't looked like a hotel when I arrived. The stairs are also scary, I always think that it would give up anytime soon. 😅 But no worries, they also have a small lift though. It would also be better if there's an electric water boiler in the room. Sometimes a coffee/tea in the middle of the night just calms everything.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Munich central station with many shops and restaurants around it. The room is small but very functional. Reception is 24 hour. The shower is very big. Overall as the prices of rooms in central Munich are high, this was a good value for money, especially for one person.

The area is noisy because of construction, crowdness of people in the hotel (the rooms are very close to each other, there is no good noise isolation), and because of people making noise in Karls platz which is just next to the hotel, sometimes at night. The room is cleaned every day but cleaning is very minimal, just changing towels (or so I hope) and making up the bed, no vacuuming at all inside the room. When I got to the room the shower was a bit dirty with shaved hairs next to the sink. The shower kept clogging.

The location is great and near everything you need including the main station, town hall and shopping area Staff are so nice, welcoming and helpful Hotel is clean

A small comfort quiet room. A hot water was not so hot. A little. But conditioner was fine. And it was very fine that in a shower room the the electric drying towels is here . The hotel was undergoing renovations but it didn't bother us much. Until the evening we were not in the hotel. The staff was very very friendly. Location is fantastic. We did not use the transport absolutely. Karlstrasse - Marienplatz. - Biergarten am Chinesischen Turm - English Garten. Everything in one day

There is not a kettle in the room. You must down to reception. A hot water was not hot. The pillows. We ordered a double bed and got two single beds

extremely friendly & professional staff!! made me feel very welcomed! the location from train station was excellent too! also surrounding restaurants, stores & shopping made this an idyllic stay! I will recommend to others!! great breakfast buffet & value for the stay!?

Room was nice, clean. Staff was friendly and helpful (Lack of wifi in the lobby? Let us turn some hotspot on for you. You want just a cup of tea? Free of charge, help yourself.). Good central location near train and bus central stations.

I was there during a time of a heatwave and the room had no AC, so it was a bit hard to sleep, but that is understandable. There was some forgotten dust at the top shelf which made my clothes dusty.
