- 24/7 reception - very nice breakfast - location - 100m from Karlplatz - parking - wifi

- if you need parking place you have to ask/reserve it _before_ booking as far hotel has limited number of parking places. In this case (my case) you should leave car in underground parking but it located two blocks away. - center of city (where hotel is) is not clean

A bit noisy on the street side (happy we got 7th floor rooms) Old-fashioned/worn-out furniture, floorings, bathrooms... Probably late nineties with just partial upgrades

Wallis Hotel is within a short walking distance from the very center of Munich. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. We had the street view but could close the window and turn on A/C (which functioned impeccably). We parked our car in the hotel garage (for additional fee), parking is spacious enough for bigger cars. Buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations (since this is a rather small hotel). Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend Wallis Hotel when visiting Munich.

The staff is amazing. The owner, receptionists, and the restaurant staff are so nice, kind and helpful. The room is clean, beds are comfy. My room was quite so it depends on which part of the hotel building you stay in. I read in the reviews that the other side is a bit noisy Breakfast was great. So the performance according to the price was pretty satisfacfory. If I go to Munich, ı would definitely stay there again.

The interior design of the room was a bit old. It could be refurbished.

The hotel was very centrally located to the old city and the main railway station. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was very varied and offered something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but there was a coffee making maschine at reception from which one could buy coffee.

Friendly and helpful staff: Reception staff - helped with suggestions for Christmas Markets to visit, translated some things and gave useful tips for the public transport cards. Restaurant staff - very polite. Decent size breakfast buffet. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from: - the central railway/bus stations. - Marienplatz - Residenz museum There are several U-bahn(subway) stations and other public transport stops 5-10 min away.

The hotel was much better than I expected although the price was comparatively reasonable. The room with bathtub was moderately spacious for us, clean and convenient. The first thing we and my dog were content included air conditioner. The breakfast was good and all staffs were helpful. The location was excellent because we could walk to main monuments in the old city and there were métros and trams near the hotel. We could enjoy some museums.

The staff was all polite friendly and very hepful. The rooms clean and quiet.Heating an warm water very good. The lift worked 100%. Breakfast very good and very varied. Location central, close to Station and airport bus and easy walking distance to Marienplatz.

Pillows can be a little firmer. Coffee in the room not available but we carry our own little kettle so it was no issue.

We liked the breakfast, which was plentiful and the dining room and kitchen staff do a brilliant job. Nice hot showers with decent pressure. Good location (very close to centre and transport hubs). Reasonably good value for money.

The decor was a little tired. Rooms do get a little too warm, but you can release some heat if your room has a balcony. Pillows a bit on the thin side, but OK.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet ranks as one of the best that we've seen in Europe. The location is close to downtown.

I didn't notice that there isn't air conditioning. Because of open fire escape, we couldn't leave the door open to let air in at night. Fortunately, a second fan was provided with no problem.
