It has all for a family with kids to have a weekend staycation. Good pool, small lakes, afternoon tea with kids snack corner and many activities. It’s close to cafes at Taman Budaya so no need to go out of the complex to find great foods or coffee with great ambience. We stayed for celebrating my husband birthday, they did provide sliced cake for those having birhtday on the day of stay, not after or before. The breakfast’s great if you like local food, not for those fancy for bule style as they dont serve cheese or cold cuts. The staffs tried their best to make our stay memorable, even provide and try extra mile for it, really appreciate.

The owner/investor should pay attention to maintain the building and facilities, with the high rate, and full occupancy, i think it will be easy for the owner to change the broken wallpaper along the hall and curtains in the rooms, or add more people to clean the window to be spotless like any other 4-5 star hotels.

The mountain view is refreshing, with small pond with gooses. The location very convenient, walkung distance to taman budaya with lots of restaurants and cafes.

Well the bca building is quite missplace blocking the resort. As a responsible global brand, Aston should be leading for sustainable practices, such as not using water bottle anymore, replace it with refillable water jug and dispenser. The toiletries, please replace with family size container that is not single used. And for toothbrush, please replace it with bamboo, you know why :) Furthermore, renewable energy usage would be splendid, such as solar pv or micro hydro. Thank you for considering our inputs!

We stayed during a very busy weekend. But they handled all the guests pretty well, even during the hectic breakfast in the morning. Our kids loved the lake, ducks, mini zoo at the back, children playground (indoor + out door), and also the horse ride. The room was very spacious, well maintained, n really clean. We asked for extra bed. They promised to send it in 10 min, but at the end it was more than an hour. The egg station at the breakfast session has a long queu . Other than that, everything was great

I messaged the hotel to prepare a card that said happy wedding anniversary to surprise my wife. The hotel went up a bit further by sending a cake with my notes. My wife was really surprised and happy with the surprise. Overall, great service by the hotel staff. Amazing rooftop basketball court!

The bike is for rental, not a free facility. And you can only go around the hotel complex. At the same time, there are a lot of great cycling routes around the Sentul area. They should let the customer be able to cycle outside the hotel complex.

The best thing about the hotel was that it has so many things to do - swimming pool, gym, lake, boating, animal feeding and kids play area. A good weekend staycation option for families in Jakarta. On top of that hotel staff was very polite and super helpful. That made our stay really wonderful.

There was nothing major as such but there were no good cartoon channels for kids. Also while breakfast was good the food stall were scattered all over places which make dining place more crowded.

The room is clean with balcony. The breakfast menu is various and they refill immediately even if it is near to closing time.

The hotel, i think, comprise of several building, so you have to take a time to walk to your room. I have to take 3 different lift from parking area to my room at 2 floor.

The staff especially Adi at the front office was very humble and helpful. We had free buffet dinner for two in each room we have booked. Really a surprise.. thanks🙏 But during breakfast the restaurant is too crowded. Wish they can arrange breakfast time better. Food during breakfast and dinner is ok.

There are some activities kids can do such as feeding rabbit, chicken. There is small lake with boat you can ride on (not sure if there is additional charge). Room is a bit old, but beds are quite comfortable. Not far from hotel are some new places ypu can go for dine

Overall food was so so.

we had fun by the lake. feeding the goose and ducks. riding boat. and fishing. it was the highlight of our visit. the lobby decoration was also great. breakfast & dinner was great. the staff was quite consistent in reminding all the guests to put on their masks properly during breakfast & dinner.

the mini zoo was empty. we walked to see the rabbit , birds etc. but nothing there . many mosquitos maybe because the fish pool was empty. And also when we came , we have to wait for about 2 hrs for the staff to prepare the room. when we waited by the pool the outdoor tables of the restaurant was dirty. i think the hotel was short of staff. the topping for lamien booth during breakfast was not covered . we saw two ladies had conversation right in front of the setting and didnt put their masks on.

The service was superb, they really went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Variety of choices for the breakfast.

The kitchen sink in our villa clogged all the time. We called the property service several times, they always came and very helpful, but another session of dishes it clogged again. I think it really needs a serious fixing.
