The location is perfect, at the main street of Bogor. the breaksfast, wifi, room, shower were very good.

The check in process was so complicated and took time quite long. The staffs looked confused by my bookings. I booked 2 rooms in 2 separate bookings, each for 2 nights. In total, they charged me 20K idr lower than the price from booking dot com, but at the end, when check out, they said my room has not been fully paid and I should paid 20K idr. Another thing, my room key was expired just about 2 hours after check in, so I should go to the reception to fix it. It also happened to the other room, the key was expired after one day stay, again I should go to the reception to extend it.

everythings run nicely and smooth, booked 14 rooms for the whole family, and all the requested rooming list and extend room were fulfilled. available welcome drink and the smell as you enter the lobby was nice, perfectly located in the heart of bogor city. a lot of food restaurant around by walk. parking lot not too big, but the vallet staf will help you arranged it. lack of basic amenities. but there are soap container available. perfect for bussiness trip or family want to spend night around bogor city

It's very convenient location to many food places and stores. The park is just a minute away. It's clean, not fancy but fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome.

Since it's at the main street, you'll get a little noise from passing vehicle at night. The main door could use a little bit more sound proofing, I could hear guests talking at the corridor.

Location was really great. A lot of shops and some tourist attractions are in walking distance. The room is quite spacious, they even have a couch.

View of the room was neighbour's roof. Somewhere nearby keep playing loud music. Can't relax. It is my first time visiting the hotel. The staff did not inform me on how to access floor to my room. I had to ask around.

I like how clean the room and bathroom are. I dont even find an ant in the room, guess the pest control is working excellent. The noise from outside the room is fine by me it's not disturbing at all. I can't even hear any tv sound from outside of other rooms not until they open the door.

The breakfast was delicious. Staff was courteous and helpful. There’s even a free movie screening for the kids to enjoy ☺️ that’s an added perk

There’s something wrong with the living room TV cable in our room (217). The staff had it checked and replaced but it’s still wasn’t working properly.

The hotel is basic but it is good for the price. The room is clean, and the breakfast has a lot of variety (Asian and western options). Staff is super friendly.

Since the hotel is on one of the main roads, the traffic noise keeps going throughout the night (including loud motorcycles) - not a fault of the hotel though, so I recommend bringing ear plugs.

Very accommodating and helpful staff, supporting me with my bicycle. Exceptionally clean rooms.

Please put up a sign requesting guests to respect others by being quiet in the corridors. The shouting and loud conversations outside my room often disturbed my stay.

Room is clean, not big but cozy, and had the basic necessities. Bed was pretty comfortable. The beddings were clean. Bathroom was clean. Housekeeping staff was very helpful when we requested for a bath mat change. We'd love to return to this hotel someday.

There weren't many options for breakfast, but overall it was okay, considering this is a budget hotel, they have gone the extra mile by offering breakfast buffet.

The location of the hotel is right in the center and near to many restaurants so we can find some places to hangout at night easily, the valet service for my car is excellent too!

The bed was a bit noisy when we move around the bed and it created some noises. Maybe you can check again the bed condition, also sometimes the staff listen to the walkie talkie in a very loud volume so we can hear it from the room, maybe can reduce the volume.
