Staff were so helpful especially Farhan at reception. He was very friendly and accommodate us with last minutes bookings with special price.

I stayed for 8 nights, and 1 of the night i had extra bed in my brother n wife's room. Unfortunately it was only a mattress on the floor which was not we expected for an extra bed. I called Farhan for extra room and he got one for me. The hotel needs new carpet also the floor level is not flat, definitely needs a renovation.

Great! Coz the breakfast can be delivered to the room at request. The food is great enough. The receptionists are very helpful to accommodate my family's needs, GrabFood can entrust the food at the FO, then I pick it up. Very helpful!

The faucet on the P2 floor doesn't give out water at all. Please improve this in case of guests need water for their car's wiper liquid or to wash hands before entering the lobby. Maybe the hotel's security or other personnel can be more proactive to remind the guest politely to apply strict health protocol such as wearing face masks while out of the room, of course out of the swimming pool.

We booked three rooms, all on the same floor. The view of the city and especially the mountains is spectacular. The swimming pool is just below us - we could literally jump out of our windows and straight into the pool, but we were not able to use itl because we did not have enough time.

Everything was very good except for two things: the hallway (9th floor) smelled a bit of cigarettes, and the bakso that I ordered was too salty.

Bad internet connection is the main issue

The location is great, we can walk to reach cafe or resto and just need 5-7min walk to reach factory outlet. The room is clean, the WiFi is great, the breakfast is great.

By the time we stay it was a peak season so a little bit noise we can hear from the next room, but still fine.

The bed is comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, strategic location close to restaurants and supermarket, clean room.

The breakfast is not that tasty

The hotel is family-friendly. The location is great, very near to many cafes/restaurants, which is very convenient as I travelled with 3 kids. The breakfast options are wide and not to mention the staffs are friendly.

Took us a while waiting for the room to be prepared. We waited for 2 hours after check-in time. There were minor hiccups here and there in some room facilities but the technician responded well, though.

Nice comfortable room, great location, and very friendly staff.

There are few taxis available in the neighbourhood, but staff was so kind to help with arranging Grab for us.

One repeating musicial track all over the day in the lobby and in the restaurant may not be easy to everyone, though it didn’t bother me much

Really good value. The food is amazing, the room is cozy and the location is very strategic. I enjoyed my stay there and definitely will come back 👍
