The staff were very friendly, welcome drink always standby at the lobby (sweet ice tea & cold mineral water), water dispenser are in each room floor for us to refill our bottle and when its empty call reception and they quickly replace with new one (the brand was Cle0) i dont like the taste tho. Breakfast was good, unexpected there was indomie section which was always busy (ayam bawang & goreng only). There were strawberry & choco milk in fridge section along with pudding & fla, fruits watermelon, papaya & pinaple, i didnt try their sushi, but it was always there. Bubur ayam & bubur manis section was always there too. Their croisant wasnt the best but very oke, i like it. There were shabu² section with tomyum soup was the best tomyum soup i ever tasted. Maybe because of ramadhan there were ketupat section along with sayur labu & other condiment. There were always beef & chicken sausages, eggs, rice, noodle / rice noodle, toast breads, donuts, & croissant, during weekend they added martabak manis & pukis section. I like their bread puding too. For drink 2 kind of juice, mineral & infused water, black coffee and black tea, cappucino machine with the choice of cappucino, chococino, expresso, milo & hot water. Dinner buffet with 125rb / adult (child up to 12yo ½ price) with the menu pecel ayam (chicken meat,liver,heart,feet,head,gizzard, tahu & tempe), sayur asam, fruits (watermelon, papaya & pinnaple). What i like best was their hot wedang jahe / ginger with brown sugar. On day 4 we stayed, we had dinner for the 2nd time, they added ice cream & es buah (fruit coktail) on the buffet. The room i booked was twin room, it has 100cm wide. The bed was comfortable, i had to add extrabed and the bed was comfortable too. Shower room & toilet was seperated, i like their design of the room, there was chiller & deposit box.

It is also a family hotel, and I recommend (when possible) to be aware that people who are there for business, ask for a room not between rooms with quite some (young) children, who make (of course) more noise. Or the hotel reserves a separate floor (when possible). Less space to sit quietly when you want to discuss with some colleagues, without renting a meeting room. But for that, I recommend going to the 'neighbor hotel' which belongs to the same organization and is within walking distance (150 m).

Breakfast are the best. They served full vaeriety of foods such as indonesian, western, oriental even Japanese ! Not to mention the pastries. The menu suitable for all ages. Kids, adult even elder. Room is clean and spacious. Wifi works fast. We also can visit the hotel next door for a little walk. Oh, they also provide bikes to ride. The best is, they provided wheelchair for guest. So, it really helped my mom who is using it in her daily life. Two thumbs !

The ATV only one. So, the kids have to wait long for they turn. Maybe they need to add more.

pool, you have provided other property like life jacket swimming board etc it is good that we do not need to bring it from home Stall for popcorn, ice cream and cotton candy are also good for the children I hope you can sell it cheaper like popcorn and juice for 35rb only is good price You have lots of activities for the kids however you need to post what activities do you have in the hotel. We were not aware that you have cooking class for the kids, but we went to Minizoo. I knew about the minizoo from your previous guests and they posted the video from the youtube. It is so much better if you have informed your guests so that they can arrange their schedule accordingly

breakfast you have varieties of food and its good. However I tasted the tomyum too salty and your iced tea its too sweet taste like sugar and little tea. the room interior was not quiet good only for the wall paint it was finished yet you may checked it on room no. 918

They provide free bicycles for us, a mini basketball court and a wall climbing area with staff assistance on the ground. They also invite guest kids to join kids' activities and gardening for a couple of hours. The ambience was quiet since it's located near the golf area.

Access to city was far enough, limited spot to enjoy the silence. Limited food option outside Hotel (you can order GoFood/Grab though), free flow drinking water from a water dispenser.

I made the reservation for my newly-wed niece for her honey moon. I informed ISBR and they responded fast and cooperatively. The couple were happy with their stay, and enjoyed their room esp with the couple swan-shaped towels 😁. The green bushes outside were pleasant to their eyes in the morning. The staff were warm and friendly. The food was amazing and tasty too. All in all, a memorable stay for the new husband and wife. Thank you ISBR👍

A comfy hotel to spend a quality time with kids. There are several fun activities for kids, and also facilities such as xbox room, RC cars, to a movie room. The hotel also provides bikes for visitors to use in the hotel area. Missed the chance to try the ATV, maybe for next visit.

The pool is nice but a bit lack of maintanance. Try out the buffet dinner but there’s nothing special. I enjoyed the ala carte menu instead.

Check in: we arrived at 1 pm and the receptionist offering us the available room in 2nd floor (family room) unfortunately my son asked the higher floor so we wait for the 4th floor. They gave us wonderful welcome drink: coffee and any juices we choose! It is above our expectation. Room: clean and the crib we request already available there w pillow n comfy blanket Breakfast: they bring us the food we choose in front of the stall. So we feel safe during this pandemic. So many varieties and there are also suki, sushi, waffle etc and in front of the area, there are ice cream and popcorn (this one w extra charge) Facilities: Ibis provide us shuttle to go to Novotel so we have so many options to do. In Ibis they have ATV, wall climbing and bike that is convenience for us. This is the best Ibis Styles Hotel we've stayed (sorry to mention that in another city is not as great as this ahaha)

The staffs was very friendly and attentive. We booked a deluxe queen room and wanted to upgrade to family room but it was not available. So the front desk staff suggest us to switch to deluxe twin (100cm) so the bed could be joined as big as a king bed (200cm) and added 1 extra bed. The room was on the 6th floor with golf course and mountain view. The room was very nice and clean. The kitchen staffs and the pool staff was very friendly too. Breakfast was good although not too many option. Our favorite was Nasi Goreng with vegetables, sushi and waffles. Our kids really enjoyed the movie room. We enjoyed our time. It was our second time staycation here. Hopefully we will be back again.

The pool was too small. Fortunately we could use Novotel’s pool. They provide shuttle car to go to Novotel. There was some cracks on the wall in the room. The door was a bit hard to close because of the cracks. Table was too small to put a laptop on.

Located in a serene neighborhood and by a golf course. It's also adjacent to Novotel Resort thus can access some more 'upscale' services. Refillable jug water is also a good idea to avoid hassle and more environmentally friendly. Overall I think a better choice than the other Ibis in town.

The gym is a 'spot in the corner' with only one treadmill and out of service weight machine.
