Novotel Bogor Golf Resort

The staff were very excellent, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I told them my son was having his birthday, and we got a cake-like towel arrangement with happy birthday written in paper, I thought that was it, turned out later in the evening they came to the room bringing cake with candles and sang to my son. He was very happy. We had dinner in the Italian resto, we asked for non spicy pizza (they confirmed that they won't put jalapenos on it), and still got a bit of jalapenos inside. They offer us an extra meal to compensate that, I asked a menu form the Indonesian resto instead, and they allowed it. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The kids zone were the highlights for my sons. The staff gave them some extra rounds. Tips: choose the room without bathtub (they're newly renovated). Children under 16 can have get breakfast with no addtl charge, and the sofa can be slept on (altho not that comfy, but you can ask for extra sheet and blanket).

Location is a bit weird, inside a residential complex. The property is very vast, the swimming pool gives a very old feel, my children didn't even want to swim.

The resort was absolutely beautiful, a lovely place to relax if you were not actually out sightseeing - no need to play golf! the food in the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were amazing.

I thought the room was extremely dated compared to how the rest of the hotel was. Since this is the second time I experienced this, Im wondering if it has anything to do with booking via booking.com as I think there were other much more updated rooms at the resort ... even though I paid for a deluxe... Odd that the room did not have a ' please clean room' or ' do not disturb' sign for the door, instead someone would knock on the door and ask if we wanted the room cleaned that day ... not good if you did not want to be disturbed... but the system is not the fault of staff and they were fantastic.

We had pleasant stay in Novotel Bogor. I booked for 2 rooms to celebrate my Grandma’s birthday. All the staff were very friendly and helpful during we stayed. The rooms also was clean, comfortable bed, and nice lighting. I love all the ambience in this resort. Also the FnB was amazing. I like to chill out in Mahoni Bar. Definitely would come back again! ✨

the property was very nice and comfortable, if i may say, this property represents Indonesia very well in terms of atmosphere and cultural. the place was very well manage and it feels like we are apart from the busy and loud city surrounding despite that the property was located in the middle of housing area. I really recommend this place for both couples and family since the facility can accommodate very well, and the food was very nice and balance both for local and other food, and for you, the food is friendly for local food enthusiasts. the room was cleaned very well and when we entered the room the temp was just right so we can relax right there and then, entering the balcony which has long sofa with table and it was just feels so romantic.

the property somehow need to be renew portion of it since there are property is already ruined by age or stained, some need to be fixed like for instance the rolling door was detached and the shower was not quite feels right but okay though.

The serenity and the beautiful garden

Ordered the balcony room expecting to get a view to the garden inside, instead given a new upgraded balcony room with actually much better interior, but the view outside from the balcony is not as nice as the old ones.

The newly renovated hotel was magnificent. Grand entrance and fast check in. You'd like the Novotel complex for its natural surroundings and the architectural features that complement. There are pool for children, playground, and mini zoo.

Breakfast was probably the worst time. I think there wasn't enough staff to cater the whole guests. Chaotic and few staffs were rude, maybe because they were overwhelmed. Oh and the food options could be better. The room service food was so much better than the ones served for breakfast. I also wished that the children activity were open, but my child had fun with pool and mini zoo.

Nice location, if you wish to relax- but middle of nowhere if you want to do a lot. Very beautiful garden, lot of green, friendly stuff, lovely open space.

Gym pretty outdated Doors to the balcony & windows should be renewed. Also rooms need bit of touch up.

the room were spacious with wooden decoration. I chose a room with bathtub. My children were so like it, use it many times. We are also like the outdoor activity facilities so we have many options.

the small pillow on the bed has bad smell. I think it has been used for massaging and it hasn't changed after it.

First impression of resort was really nice. Hotel staff were all very pleasant. Room was very cosy. Restaurant international dinner buffet has wide spread. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed my 2 night stay. Value for money!

Understand that due to fasting month. Some of the activities were not available.

The hotel is fantastic. Staff are wonderful. Very professional. Didn't get to enjoy breakfast because I overslept. (Yet staff still brought me pastries) Loved the big bath although a bit slippery. But nice being outside. Will definitely visit again. Beautiful surroundings and gardens. Very nice.

No faults that I can report. Just a great hotel.
