For the price this is a great hotel. Rooms are basic but fine and clean. Rooftop pool and bar are fantastic and front desk staff were always helpful, booked taxis etc. We did not get the breakfast included, there is a great coffee shop about 20m down the road which we went to for morning coffee and croissant. Great location only a quick walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommend the lunch special at the rooftop bar. 55k for Nasi Goreng and Coke, excellent value and served to you poolside. What more could you want?

The rooms are small and certainly basic, but the beds were comfy, everything was clean. For the price I don’t think you could do better.

The food was so good and worth for the price specially the stake tenderloin my favorite dinner. the hotel and staff specifically the night shift restaurant staff was really accommodating maybe because only few of us dining in they are really attentive and always smile, but except the one who assigned at frying egg section on breakfast buffet he didn’t smile and not accommodating he just attentive to the white people, I don’t like his vibe kinda discriminating to the other foreign guest. but overall we have a pleasant and wonderful stay after all our room was so clean everyday and comfortable bed and plus point the festive breakfast buffet. Also my son enjoyed also the rooftop swimming pool and he learned to order 🍟 kentang goreng his favorite 😊

so far nothing serious only that one staff assigned at frying egg section he need more positivity vibes and be fair to all the guest wether it was white/black people or asian people.

Awesome location, not to far to walk to garlic lane, the beach and a wide variety of popular places to eat in close proximity around the hotel. The rooms were clean and a decent size for a hotel room, the balcony was great, looking out on the street so you could sit and watch Bali life go by. There was a little noise that I could hear from the street at night but nothing that ever worried me enough to wake me up or keep me up at night. Breakfast was good with lots of variety American / Indonesian, They even had bacon (Pork Bacon) that you could ask for and was readily available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and a bonus was, the money charger in the hotel always had better rates then out on the street.

The only things that were a little disappointing was the pool was quite small compared to other hotels I have stayed in and the towels although clean smelt musty when wet, after advising the hotel they said they would report it back and look into it.

The property was within walking distance of everything I wanted to explore on foot. The Wi-Fi was great. And the bed and pillows were comfortable. I like the coffee/tea making facilities as well as the mini-fridge. I also like the convenience of the massage parlor within the premises.

The room wasn’t as clean as it should be. It was questionable if the pillow cases and bed linens were changed before my occupation of the room because two of the four pillows had a strong smell of body odor from the previous guest. Also, certain areas of the room (the bed’s “foot” framing, the toiletry part of the bathroom countertop, and shelving underneath the luggage “rack” were pretty dusty.

The hotel interior and decoration was beautiful, modern and inviting. Nice rooftop pool. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Location: easy to reach beach (beautiful beach!!) and shopping areas by foot. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Best cuppacino's! The beds was big and comfy - nice firm mattresses.

Our room had NO windows and it became very moldy with the lack of fresh air and high humidity. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change rooms.

Excellent location - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and next to some great restaurants. It’s not too close to the noisier restaurants, so it’s quiet at night. Staff is super helpful and friendly and the room is clean. Definitely the most comfortable bed I slept in during my month-long stay in Bali! Awesome rooftop pool, a great massage centre and a wide variety of breakfast options.

when the guests in the next room were loud it was quite annoying but when they were quiet it was ok. the room was a bit dark

It is in an awesome location.

Having stayed at the hotel more than five times previous to this visit we thought it had downgraded. (we were amongst the first guests when it opened) The property seems a little run down. It may have been the results of Covid, not being able to be maintained. We usually stay on the 5th floor, this time we were be on the 2nd floor. The rooms smelled musty/mouldy.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The roof top bar and pool area had recently had a face lift and a comfortable place to relax .

The property has seen better days and the rooms are in need of a freshen up . The breakfast offering needs major attention , selection and quality of food not of a high standard .

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and was very happy with the experience ☺️ Highlights: - Very friendly and welcoming staff - Rooftop pool is really great! - Got a room upgrade on arrival 😁 Rooms are spacious and comfortable - Food is good and well priced (had dinner there twice) - Waters in the room everyday - Quick check in and check out

To be improved: - Rooms could use a “refresher” - when you go in they look impressive but then you notice some paint cracking, corners of the room looking dusty / rusty (this doesn’t really affect you as a lodger, just something that could be done to make the hotel even better)
