Location is good, swimming pool excellent, staff very friendly and helpfull - 3rd time, just love this hotel

Stingy with toilet paper

Pool areas were lovely and the hotel overall had a really nice vibe. We had a studio room, and the bedroom and small living/dining area was really beautiful and clean. Staff were always willing to help with any inquiries, and they made check in and out super easy. I arrived later than the other guests staying in the room and the communication to make sure I had access to the room was great.

The bathroom in our studio room was a bit dirty, in saying this the outdoor shower was beautiful and the best part about it. We had friends stay in a double room who had quite a modern and clean bathroom, so perhaps eventually these studio bathrooms may also be refurbished. This is a really minor detail though.

Staff friendly and happy to help. We got put in a different room than requested but was an upgrade at the end of the day and got free late check out too to make up for it. Room service every day and location central to everything in Legian. 5 min walk to the beach, loved it and will be back!

Room was close to the fat buddah(a restaurant) that goes off until approx 11pm most nights and could hear the music loudly but wasn’t too bad as we went down most nights and if we weren’t there we were that tired that we fell straight asleep anyways.

Pool and pool side room, great location for me being a solo traveller could walk most places resort had security and helpful friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable beds

Thin interconnecting door did not keep out any noise from between the rooms you can hear other guests talking etc from other rooms and I heard loud snoring from the other side of the room through the wall/door all night. Air conditioner was very cold and it didn’t seem to go any warmer when set higher so room was very cold

. .the surrounding is great for relaxing.. very quiet at night and tight security too. Recommended for honeymoon or place to release stress. the staffs there very helpful especially Rikki and Widhi. exceptional service rendered from them. WiFi connection is very good too. overall, it was a good place to stay from busy and hectic city life.

the cons is the room light is a bit dim and less toilet paper. the blanket is thinner too maybe due to the weather in Bali which is hot and dry.

great location, breakfast was great, good onsite restaurant for other meals. pool area gardens are lovely and nice clean pools. room was good size.

need shelf for clothes in bathroom, we had to put a stool in there. asked for ground floor room and was put on first floor up steep stairs, my knee can’t handle stairs. make sure you ask for room at reception end, Karakoe late into the night at restaurant end of hotel.

The location, though it located in the middle of the street but inside the properties was quite. The first pool is nice with a nice garden around. The reception staffs are all very helpful.

The AC in our room was very cold and couldn't change so you either switched on or switched off. The same with TV channel. There was only ABC AUstralia. The taste of the bread, croissants, dannish and the coffee could be improved. The coffee was very heavy and I got lots of the coffee powder on my cup.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.Hotel manager Ricky very helpful The lagoon pool access room was spacious and extra big bed. Street access in the heart of Legian, close walk to beach. Food at Fat Buddha delicious 😋

Nothing we really enjoyed our stay

The staff were exceptional in service and friendliness .Nice garden,neat and tidy.

TV access, should be more English stations since most guests are English speaking.My room had only Fox sport ,a bit more variety would have been good.A comfy chair in the room is needed..

Rooms were comfortable, spacious, and all close to a pool, clean, great value for money and location was amazing 👏 We will return :) Breakfast is buffet, small but a variety of satisfaction and options. We had a great time thankyou.
