my room was very “tired” uncomfortable bed and pillows. No soap so had to buy my own plus all other bathroom supplies as well as toilet paper,this is not acceptable to be honest! I felt that breakfast should have been included at this price due to the fact I had to supply other stuff

This is an older style property which is in a good location in Legian and tucked away from the road, so you don't hear the traffic. Really nice pool in the centre of the complex, with a pool bar and lounges & umbrellas around the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room had a safe and fridge. The room was cleaned every day and fresh sheets put on bed. Room was a decent size.

I was in an upstairs room and the water pressure was awful! Friends staying in downstairs rooms didn't have the same problem. The shower head was also broken.

Sinar was perfect for our needs. We stayed only for a couple of nights to ease into our holiday until our large group of friends arrived. The location was perfect with all amenities (ATM, restaurants, chemist, Circle K, bike hire) within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was large and had plenty of lounges for guests.

The room we stayed in was a little small - but at the pricepoint, we were more than happy.

Location and pool were great, general feel of the property was calm and relaxed

Our room was upstairs and a little too “hotel like” for how I like to stay in Bali. The downstairs rooms or bungalows would have been more suited to me but no complaints for the price from me

Small , traditional Bali property in a great position with a recently renovated beautiful pool and fantastic staff

Sun lounges are old ,could do with more umbrellas

The staff were very helpful.

You had to ask for a pool towel each day- there was. No where you could just go and get one. You also had to ask for the wifi password when you got there. It should have been automatically offered to you I think.

Great little quiet space. Have stayed a few times and will definitely be back. Staff are helpful, clean and tidy, close to shops, restaurants etc.

Not really anything we don’t like .. some towel racks for would be good for the rooms.

Location is fantastic walking distance to beach , lots of new and exciting restaurants and of course shopping . Staff are exceptional always a warm welcome and very accommodating. You are treated like one of the family .

great little property hidden away from street, would definitely stay again, great value for money.

No bench in the room for bags, only small dressing table. small fridge was on the floor. No shelf in bathroom to put clothes for shower.

Was small, like an Oasis as you came through the Arch. Pool was well maintained and clean. We didn’t get breakfast with our booking, so many restaurants very close

Dining room menu was very basic and wifi very hit and miss
