Grandmas Plus Hotel Legian

We checked in during the late afternoon; the staff had our double bedroom ready with full hospitality and a smile on their faces. Since it was a last-minute booking, we had a discounted breakfast price for the following day, which was beautiful! Their air conditioner worked as intended, the room didn't smell, the bedding was comfortable, and the room amenities + size were as expected. Hot water worked perfectly, and there weren't any odd smells coming out of any faucets. The bathroom provided bath towels but no face towels. There was no bar soap or hand soap for the sink area, so we had to adapt by using the shower gel. There is minimal space to hang clothes or towels. This hotel is definitely worth the stay if you plan on exploring Bali starting in the morning from the heart of the tourism area (Kuta) and its surrounding locations.

The shower drainage was poor, which caused flooding within the bathroom and leaked to the bedroom, which flooded the floor. If only this didn't happen, this would have been a perfect stay! How unfortunate.

Great location after your flight to adapt for several days with an access to cafes, beaches, exchange points, supermarkets. Open the door and in a second you’ll be in Italian pizzeria. Everyday cleaning. And there’s a fridge.

Dark room. My window was in front of other room’s window, so no privacy. Sometimes insects attacked the room and I saw cockroaches.

The location is very awesome, near with everything. Only 10 minutes to kuta beach, many shops around the hotel. And i thanksful for yogi as my room cleaner for cute handmade towel in my bed makes moodbooster for me, i loves it.

For the TV you should rechannel again, because the TV channel not clear, so if want to watch movie its not comfortable

The staffs (Thia, Ira, and Yedi) are extremely helpful, constantly ensuring that I have the most comfortable experience during my stay. The room is great and have everything from the comfortable bed and somewhat complete amenities. I'd even go as far as to say that it's on par to 3 star hotels if not for the room size.

Room size is pretty small but I really can't ask for a better one at this price. I also have major complaints for the noise; it often gets pretty noisy from the traffic and noise isolation from outside is minimal so you can easily hear every activities outside of your room which is pretty annoying to me. But I suppose that can't be helped since this hotel is located on the side of the main roads. The staffs has also offered a band-aid solution in form of an earplug but I feel like soundproofing the room would be a better solution.

Just one night stay after Gianyar and before depart to airport stay. Was the third time of staying here, again this property has a perfect location just at the street of Legian, easy access to go anywhere around. Walkable to find a food restaurants and shops over there. The security who greeted us with smile, kind and helpful. The receptionist staffs were absolutely great, Rias Kadek Leni more than happy to assist. They are all credits to the hotel. The trainee staff of restaurant who served us the breakfast, host, top notch. Even they served a simple breakfast but this memorable experience made us to decide to come back here again next time.

We found a hair on the bed and pillow, we didn't make a complain due to was so tired after long day trip. Need improvement on cleanliness matter

Really comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel. So clean and modern. All the staff were really lovely - Itha especially was a really stand out staff member with the brightest of smiles! Before visiting, my only worry about the place was that it might be noisy because it was close to a major Legian road, but actually the rooms are perfectly quiet and peaceful. Fantastic stay, would stay again if I am visiting the Legian area.

I like the location for the Grandmas in Legian, it’s close to the beach, and surrounded by nice cafes, resto, and shops.. we can just go to the beach by walk.. I like their bed, it’s big and comfy, maybe they just need to put more pillows, hehe.. they also have a mini fridge inside the room, and the most important is, they have a very good (Rehat) spa.. I’ve been staying here for few times and the staff were always nice and friendly.. it’s a highly recommend Hotel, and I will definitely come back here! The room is a bit smaller than Grandmas in Airport

Considering the price I paid, I thought everything was just great. the staff is very friendly and equally helpful. I had breakfast there every day and that too was excellent and excellent value! My room was adequate, comfortable and kept very clean by keen-to-please staff It's centrally located. right on some of my favorite places/streets/restaurants.....like Legian Street, Garlic Lane, Mozarella, Uncle Norm's and Sheppy's restaurants. Its also not too far from Bintang Markets with it's excellent Supermarket and my favorite coffee shop

I'm not a pool person, so it didn't bother me that the hotel doesn't have one. However, I think for many people however, that would be a problem

Clean new rooms. in the center, easy access to everything. coffee/tes in the rooms, cleaning every day.

the cleaners would take mmy clothes for example from the bed and put elsewhere .. like on the bottom of my luggages, which was not hygienic.. and It would happen every day. not sure why at all they would take my personal things. The breakfast is 55K, lol but then they give another check taxes and fees included for unknown reason and it becomes around 80 K. You should simply arite breakfast is 80. There are no tax fees on breakfasts, whatever. it was not a big deal

Stayed for two nights at Grandmas Legian and really liked our room. It was actually a bit bigger than we were expecting after reading previous reviews. Small but plenty big enough. Two free small water bottles replaced daily, and a fridge and kettle in the room. Comfortable bed and really decent shower. Very friendly and helpful staff and the hotel is in a great location. Loads going on and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Recommend a stay if you want a nice room that's very central.

It wasn't the quietest room partly because of the location on a busy street and also because we normally stay in much smaller places and just forgot about people walking past and banging doors on other rooms etc! Not so bad it kept us awake, just noticable.
