Rama Residence Padma

Spacious, modern suites with comfortable beds and furniture and an equipped kitchenette in every room - that’s why I return to Padma Residences The location is great - close to beach, shopping and restaurants. A very professional young staff provide ample personal attention.... or complete privacy in this boutique apartment hotel. New restaurant menu is extensive and the fresh cooked breakfasts much appreciated again.

It was amazing. The room was so clean and comfy with kitchen facilities and laundry and gym. The pool was clean with amazing views. The staff were so wonderful and accomodating. They only had three channels on the TV which were all non-english speaking and all the DVD stores were closed. However that is a nothing issue when compared to the beautiful staff, location and the room. Thank you so much for my stay. I had a lovely time

The staff made our stay! Faultless, always willing to be of assistance and always courteous. Our room was very clean and comfortable and bed especially was amazing!! Pool was lovely, brekkie was adequate and brekkie staff so, so pleasant and attentive. Best Indian dishes on menu!! Location was perfect! Beach just a stroll away. Restaurants across the road and down the street.. Easy to catch a taksi.... or walk in any direction. Mini mart, local laundry lady, money changers all very accessible. Didn't realise tour's could be booked through hotel! ..next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 night stay and would highly recommend Rama Residence to our friends.

Housekeeping in regard to restocking amenities has room for improvement, I think communication and understanding of English needs some work on both sides. Air con needs attention but maintenance workers always tried to fix the issue so willingly.

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location near the beach and still quite at night. We booked the room for one night, we were able to checkin late and were allowed to pay the next morning. We will be extending our stay for one week.

Hot water wasn't as hot and low pressure but it was okay.

The only thing that really was not good was witnessing the pool towels just being dried after use - not washed. They stank - a total biohazard. That needs to change. Felt pretty icky after that. Legian beach was filthy - didnt swim, but it always is during the monsoon.

The location is central and therefore great! the rooftop pool is super cool! Breakfast was excellent and lots of choice!! the best thing was the staff, every wish was fulfilled and all problems were solved immediately! Super great!

The staff at Rama Res are very helpful, genuine and happy to look after their guests. The hotel is excellent value for money and everything is handy or a cheap taxi trip

Nothing would stop us staying here again and again

We loved our one bedroom unit, very comfortable. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Special mention to Alit our room attendant and his towel creations and Ani at the restaurant.

Firstly, what an awesome spot to stay. Top notch staff who were very attentive and always 🙏 welcoming. We loved the fact that we could have breakfast and watch the hum of the streets come alive. Food and drink were really good at the onsite restaurant Asian Spice. Walk one way to the beach, walk the other way to shop shop shop. Garlic lane, Ybar, Makan, Asian Spice, Fat bowl to name a few. There is an aray of massage facilities, atms, convenience stores, leather stores etc right at you finger tips. The hotel also has a driver who is more than happy to drop you to where ever one needs to go. We stayed for 4 nights and ❤️ it. Beds are comfy , its not to noisy, rooms are cleaned daily. Thank you to Bogart who looked after us, the staff in the kitchen who made sure i had my ginger lemon & honey tea every morning.

Personally, if the rooms could have a full length mirror that would be a bonus.
