The Akmani Legian

Akman Hotel is in a central location but not too busy. The room was fine as were all staff. We have stayed there before and enjoyed our stay but this time there was one problem.

They play loud 'thumping' music all day at the pool and it carries down to the rooms. We advised them when we departed and did not re-book for our return few days and went elsewhere. They MUST do something about this as they will lose us and other customers. We are returning to Bali in August and will be reluctant to book at Akmani

Very friendly staff at reception, good location to everything, amazing rooftop pool/bar where the bartenders were very friendly and accomodating, comfy/spacious bed. Fresh water every day and housekeeping.

We had a view of a concrete wall and being on the bottom level it was very noisy when people would come/go to hotel and walking past our room. The buffet breakfast could’ve had more options. We would only get 2 fresh towels, we had to request for a bath mat every time and the shower head didn’t stay up.

This was my 3rd stay at the property since 2017 and as always the staff were all lovely and very helpful! I love the location and the deluxe room is a great size with a large bathroom and separate bath tub. This time I had a pool access room as I was travelling solo with my toddler daughter so I could still relax outside or have a dip in the pool while she was napping.

Maybe a little more upkeep on the decking around the pool area, I was a little worried that my toddler daughter may get a splinter. Also some repairs to the sun lounges around the pool. Could be a little uncomfortable to lay on.

The location was great, the hotel facilities were very good the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with . Breakfast was good, but sometimes not hot and terrens were occasionally empty. Coffee was often cold.

As mentioned above, breakfast occasionally a problem. The rooftop pool and bar continually played rap music which was very loud and contained sexual words that were disturbing to many patrons with young children. More variety and less volume would be greatly appreciated.

My experience with your hotel was one of the best experiences I have ever had, thanks to the excellent service provided by all the employees and staff at the hotel. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and worked hard to ensure my comfort and satisfaction at all times. I would also like to note the cleanliness of the rooms and the public facilities in the hotel, which were exceptional by all standards. The food served in the restaurant was delicious and varied, and I always had plenty of options to choose from. In conclusion, I would like to thank the management, staff, and employees of the hotel once again for a wonderful experience, and I will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the future. The staff is pretty friendly. The location is quite good as well (although is close tu Kuta, which is kinda sketchy at night). Everything is pretty clean, the reception is open 24/7. The pool looks nice and paradisiac too and they have free bottles of water in the rooms.

The breakfast buffet is kind of limited and it's the same thing every day, which gets kinda tiring. Also, depending on ur location in the hotel, you can listen the loud music coming from the nightclub next to it.

Staff are amazing, facilities are the best (Fridays have free buffet BBQ when purchasing a cocktail), rooftop pool and bar is perfect. Food is tasty, drinks are smooth, its very affordable. Highly recommend this hotel, I stay here everytime I'm in Bali...the location, facilities and rooms are very much worth the value if not more.

Nightclub next door when trying to sleep bass and music goes on until late. It's not overly powering but can still be heard. Hotel was much better before that club opened. However hotel staff try everything possible to allocate rooms away from the noise and are aware and trying to do something about it.

The location is strategic if you are looking for the Kuta Beach. It's also easy to find food. The staff is nice, the room is clean, and good price.

I think the hotel is not ready for the high season after pandemic. They don't have enough towels. We need to ask the staff more than 1 time to get the clean towel when we got back to the hotel at night.

This is my second stay at The Akmani. The location is great for those wanting to be close to all that Kuta/Legian has to offer. The staff (especially Budung at the roof top bar and everyone at the reception) I got really sick & they ordered me a doctor etc. Rooms are great value for money and are in good condition.

Proximity to new club was a shame. We fell asleep quite easily but next door had a new nightclub was pumping all hours of the night hahaha not the hotels fault but something to consider if you’re staying here it can be loud…

This hotel has amazing facilities with the ground pool and roof top pool - some reviews said the bottom pool was cold but I found that after a hot day, it was the perfect temp. The rooftop bar had yummy cocktails and the staff up there were good to chat too. The rooms were nice and out of the 3 hotels we stayed in, in Bali, this hotel had the comfiest beds. You get your moneys worth. The breakfast was pretty average but there was enough to choose from to fill you up. Its very central Legian but we noticed that it is still quite quiet in this area post COVID but i'm sure that will change with time. There was a laundromat halfway down the alleyway across from the Akmani owned by an lovely older lady and she went above and beyond by dropping my laundry back off to the Akmani reception the next day for so cheap and my clothes smelled amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

They were doing renovations on floor 2 and we had people coming and going loudly all throughout the day and night. Was only an issue when they were yelling down the shared hallway at 1 am. If we had stayed here any longer I would have asked to switch floors to avoid this.
