The location was perfect just off main area so quiet and a short walk to everything Staff always welcoming and 24/7 reception especially important for single solo female traveller Room very comfortable and fantastic air conditioning

After a couple of minor maintenance issues (resulting from Covid shutdown) it's been perfect. Piped music on the floors, quiet rooms and the staff are great. We are used to living out of a backpack or suitcase so the built in coat hanger arm with coat hangers was fine for us. Ample motorbike parking and the location means easy access to and from everywhere. Short walk to local warungs and restaurants. Large lockbox in the room. The rooms facing west have a great view of the sunset over Legian.
No wardrobe or drawers for clothes.

It was very worth the price, near to many places, near pharmacy, near to alfamart, indomaret, near atm, near to central legian, and short walk distance to beach and kuta central.
There was cockroach in bathroom from room we selected before we ask to get upgrade and pay some little diffence. They gave us 2nd floor which basicly has no view(inside aisle view) and we ask them to give us higher floor, 3rd floor at least we got some sunlight. Some wear and tear on furniture but that’s okey as long as it’s clean.

Staff is nice good location. ATM shops restaurant and beach very near by.
Room facilities could be updated. Such as the water tap in the bathroom was wobbly. One of the power sockets wasn’t secured on the wall

the bed was so comfy and the room gave a sense of security. We loved it so much we booked 2 extra nights then came back again after Ubud. The hotel staff were helpful. It was only around £7 a night which is great for a hotel like that
