Kuta Central Park Hotel

The superior triple bed room was quite large with good facilities and amenities. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Hotel facilities were also very great, swimming pool was clean and worked well, playground and kids clubs were nice, there was gym but unfortunately closed during my stay, overall was great, though.

The bathroom was slightly small in the large bedroom. The staffs were less smiley like they were so busy talking to their friends, no greetings to the guests, and no bellboy or housekeeper showing and explaining me the room when I checked in.

- We didn't had our complementary breakfast as we woke up late, what a pity of us - Need to walk a bit far from the lobby into the room - The balcony could be well designed as we couldn't see anything from the balcony at the 2nd floor. It could be an open designed - Found some stains on the duvet cover - Bathroom amenities could be completed with shampoo, as we found no shampoo there

The staff were super friendly and helpful the place was clean facilities were perfect for a family with a small child having a playroom and playground a small pool also a larger pool with a swim up bar that you could order drinks and food from

The weights machine in the gym needed to be updated all the cables replaced

They upgraded our room for free so we could be near our friends. Staff were wonderful to the kids esp a new employee Andika? (Andy) who showed them some tricks and was extra accommodating with their music. Hotel wasn't full but breakfast was good and varied as best as could be expected with a return to business after covid.

When more westerners come back some more western options for breakfast could be good and the elevator button near us didn't work from the outside.

room was very good, but no balcony ( minor problem). Breakfast was excellent as i got a special treatment due to dietary restriction and also dinner chef cooked me special food. pool bit cold

Gym equipment need to be fixed, the multi gym machine needs instructions and a list of exercises that you can do with that specific machine

Location was ideal, the size of the one bedroom suite was perfect, price was awesome. The staff was always attentive, helpful and friendly. It was a comfortable walk from the Hotel to the club zone of Kuta-legian

The housekeepers that mopped the room floors was using a not so clean mop. It left a dirty film over the floor.

The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are big (the one we had), direct at the pool. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. (I upgraded to a room at the pool)

The hotel is old and really needs a overhaul, the rooms are not cleaned well, but if something is not working, they fix it right away.

Everything, rooms were huge, water pressure was awesome, location fantastic!

The only issue I found personally was no light in middle of room, lamps only in each corner

Breakfast was same as last 3yrs ago! But cannot complain because the cost is very competitive

Everything I need is in my room, safety box, hair dryer, fridge. The room is spacious and comfortable, with no noise even though the guests are many. In brief, I love this hotel a lot.
