Arena Living

I like everything. I like the room. They turned on the air conditioner already before we get in. No welcome but we did come at late night so dont really need it. The room was clean. The hot water from bath room was strong and so good. The balcony also huge. The Arena living bar/pub on the front was really good place. They have fresh Bintang Beer there. Good live music. And they very near to Circle K. Also the place was very near to Sanur harbour. That why we choosen them to take a rest before going to Nusa Penida. If we come to Bali, we would like to take more rest stay here.

The room and bed were big and comfortable. I felt very relaxed as I was also able to spend some time in the mini veranda where it had a table and 2 chairs, excellent for having a meal and whatnot. Hats off to the friendly staff and hotel manager Ibu Ari. All the best to Arena Living team!

Beautiful little oasis. Great Service lots of eateries close by 7 minute walk to beach

great location for what we needed it for. on busy road but you don’t hear noise from cars. easy walk to beach and boardwalk. staff were very friendly and helped us book boat and car transfer to Lembongan.

breakfast was not the best

We had a very nice, big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with small kitchenette and a dining area. It was more than enough for a comfortable stay. We only stayed one night, so we didn't have a chance to use the swimming pool, but the area looks very nice and welcoming.

The rooms are very well designed and kept clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, sheets and towels. Big TV, a comfortable desk to work on, enough power plugs, clean refrigerator and clean bathroom. Beautiful designed garden and swimming pool. I stayed there 2 nights during Nyepi (the day of silence in Bali) where you're not allowed to go outside the hotel for 24 hours. Which means that the living conditions are a bit different than usual. Besides the reasonable slow internet and a very limited menu (a bit poor also for the price) on these days everything was perfect during my stay. Small note on that, on normal days when the kitchen is fully staffed, the menu and the food in the restaurant are excellent. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was well presented & comfortable. Loved the easy access to the pool from our balcony & the pool “toys” available for all ages. Staff were very friendly & happy to oblige with any requests. Excellent Restaurants were within easy walking distance as was the large supermarket Grand Lucky Supermarket. Arena Living Bar & Restaurant is also a good choice for an evening meal. Sindhu Markets, the beach promenade & shopping within an easy 10-15 minute walk. Very comfortable place to base yourself from. Enjoyed our stayed & would happily return. Recommend for all travellers.

More lighting over bed for easy reading

I liked everything about the hotel except breakfast in the restaurant. Staff was friendly, studio was clean and comfortable, location is great. Territory is very green and calming. Definitely worth the money. I stayed with 2 kids (4.5 and almost 2 y.o) and it is a perfect option for us.

The breakfast in the restaurant. Firstly, they changed the menu and therefore almost doubled the prices. Everything was very slow: there was a morning, when we were the only customers and they cooked scrambled eggs with bacon more than 30 minutes. Waiters are hard to communicate with and overall we had a poor experience with the staff in the restaurant. Anyway, there are some quality options nearby, so I recommend not to include breakfast in your booking and decide yourself where to eat. Yeah, and please do something about the coffee - it is the worst that I have ever tried, although there are a lot of nearby places with really tasty stuff. Wi-fi was not great as well.

Location depends on your needs. It was walking distance to beach night market restaurants and bars laundry services and money exchange. Mini mart next doorcandveven a McD's if that is your want. Any issues wete attended to quickly once brought to their attention. Our room fridge was not working but was replaced quickly when qe requested axeorking one. Initially we were told it was difficult to get someone to repair them.

Notvenough sun lounges forvthe number of rooms and possible guests. No room safe. The upstair balconies fo not have solid block out dividers between the adjoining rooms. If there are smokers next door it just drifts across with little privacy. Not a major issue generally but for some it may.

Nice hidden gem, beautiful pool, good eateries nearby. Bed was large and comfy and aircon was powerful. The staff helped us book a boat ride for the day after which saved us the hassle. We found a very nice live bar/restaurant nearby that was open til late even on a Sunday night, super convenient!

Our host was not super friendly nor welcoming when we arrived. The breakfast that I thought I had booked was not included and he did not offer to top up to add it or anything. Not a super friendly experience. The bathroom toiletries were very basic and the wifi was not reliable.
