Villa Seriska Satu Sanur

We had an amazing stay in this little piece of paradise.  Wayan, Ryan, Kadek and Putra spoilt us so much and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The villa has stunning rooms and bathrooms and the pool area and pagoda were favourite relaxing spots. The pristine garden and quiet, serenity and peace was so relaxing and just what we needed after a busy holiday. Putra even arranged us a yoga class and massages in the comfort of the villa. He is a friendly and helpful manager and helped organise tours and anything we needed. He also went above and beyond to kindly deliver our sons laptop to us in Kuta when we left it behind on our departure. The ultimate spoil was Chef Wayan cooking us the most delicious and tasty dinner and breakfasts, our  beautifully presented meals were a highlight and culinary treat...he is a true Masterchef! The villa is well situated and a short walk to the beach passing through local shops and stalls. The paved promenade had lovely restaurants to choose from and had a real chilled beach vibe. The port is also nearby and a 15 min, pleasant walk along the beach. Our stay was far too short and we wished we could have stayed longer. The staff are an asset to Villa Seriska and we would highly recommend staying here.

The caring and attentive service team! Nothing was too much trouble, including preparing meals, organising scooter hire, booking a fabulous yoga instructor (Kadek) and multiple masseurs, and doing shopping for us - and all were super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The villa (complex of four) was also kept clean, as were the grounds and the pool - very pretty. Privacy and security was also great and we always felt safe. Shout out to these special people - Putra the Property Manager, Rian and Kadek the fabulous Villa Managers, Wayan the most amazing chef (yum breakfast cooked in our villa every morning with all five of us choosing something different each day!) and the helpers and gardeners all making our stay there extra special.

The weather! Haha. Nothing to do with the villa, as nothing was at fault.

This property would be the best Villa we have stayed in, the staff were brilliant, the chef was amazing, he cooked us delicious meals. The location was brilliant. Could not fault this property , highly recommend, will definitely be returning

Could not fault this property, everything was more than we expected

Everything! It’s such a peaceful and beautiful space, maintained lovingly by the staff. The pool is wonderful, as is the garden. Breakfast was cooked daily by Wayan, and on our last night we enjoyed the seafood BBQ which was delicious! His sambal was so moreish and the seafood was more than we could eat. Recommend the Balinese pancake with coconut and palm sugar for dessert. The lovely staff help with anything you ask and are very responsive. Can’t wait to visit again!

Villa is perfectly located nearby the beach and all possibilities to shop have a spa or just relax by the pool which is quite big for a private villa. The chef make us a really nice dinner with the fresh fish from the market and fantastic breakfast. The staff Kadek ,Wayan was fantastic. Help me with laundry and was very very helpful. I would certainly recommend this place!

Everything! Honestly, we had the most amazing stay. We were not quite sure how things in Bali would be after the pandemic but we couldn’t have had a better stay anywhere. We were beautifully welcomed by the staff and were treated so well and taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful breakfasts and we ended up eating all our meals in the villa as they were so delicious. The Villa is beautiful, so peaceful, amazing Pool and garden. The rooms are spacious and comfy beds. Have to mention the staff again as they really were what made our stay so easy and relaxed.

Nothing. It really exceeded our expectations.

We communicated with Putra before our arrival in Bali and coordinated a shuttle from the Villa to pick us up at the airport. Putra was at the airport on time and brought us to Villa Seriska. The Villa was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. They also helped us arrange a driver and activities like on-site massages during our stay. If we have the opportunity to return to Bali, we will stay at Villa Seriska again!

Everything was wonderful. Everyone - kids and grandma and parents -- had a great experience at the Villa.

This is a 5 star villa literally a 2 minute walk through a small lane way to the beach. It was perfect. The staff were amazing very helpful and onsite all day. Wayan cooked us breakfast daily and the food was delicious. The Villa was clean and exactly as described. In 2 minutes we were on the beach eating and drinking, no traffic or cars to contend with but was on the main street also. 5 star perfect villa.

Nothing at all, this was in our eyes a perfect place to stay.

The rooms were spacious and allowed the kids plenty of areas to play. The pool was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful when booking trips. The access to the beach was great with the short walk through the markets.

Some of the villa needs some maintenance (e.g. pool deck) but overall amazing and the staff is very attentive and always willing to help.
