Hotel was easy to find, room was clean and nice, the same is for bathroom. Big plus for very silent air conditioning. Staff was friendly. Hotel environment in general was calm and quiet during our stay.

Included breakfast is a bit poor. For better breakfast You must pay extra money. And the paid amount also included "all taxes and charges," but at the reception desk they wanted us to pay another tax. It was only 30MXN, but it's about the principle.. The price was stated before payment and there was no info about any other tax.

The room was a decent size with two double beds and aircon. The hotel was quiet and staff were polite and helpful. The pool was a nice touch during the heat of the day. I was able to walk to the more commercial area quite comfortably within about 20 minutes and also the ado bus station was located fairly nearby however I recommend using a cab to get there if you have luggage or children. When sat by the pool I was offered food and drink by a member of staff so they are attentive to their guests.

The shower in my room had a window linked directly to an outside shower which was slightly strange. There were unfortunately a couple mosquitos squished into the shower walls when I arrived. A small negative however in a hotel that I did throughly enjoy

I arrivee very late after my flight was super late-after midnight. I was exhausted, cranky and in terrible mood. The guy at the reception was actually very nice and patient. Please note the price does not include the 15% tax and tourist tax. I put up a fight that the price I need to pay is less than he gave me. For some reason; this came up on my receipt in a couple days (or I was too tired to see the small print). The room i booked waa huge, had AC and a good bathroom. I had all I needed. It also had blinds if u needed them.

Do not have too high of expectations of the breakfast.

I liked the most the staff, who was super kind and friendly. They have a 24h reception which is very good to have. Also, they try to help in any ways. Everybody makes you feel very loved. In particular, the people working in the kitchen. They were great!

I did not like that the bathroom was not separate. There was no privacy. There was only a small door but the toilet is in the room. The windows were not isolated, therew as always a small spot left open because it dis not work. The jacuzzi was not working properly and the bed was not 100% clean. Some facilities were missing like a small trash basket in the room or the wc brush.

Everything was what I expected from all the reviews I read about this place. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfasts, clean sheets and amazing pool.

I didn’t know until checkout time that all the drinking water I was asking for, I had to pay for for. I just assumed it was given because you can’t drink the tap water. Water pressure isn’t the greatest but still gets the job done. Finally, didn’t know I had to also pay a tax when I arrived, maybe post it when booking. Really my dislikes are not bad things just things I didn’t know. Would I stay there again…..100%

I love this hotel,Last year I visited 10 hotels but this one was very cool.We stayd in hotel 7 nights with friend.Hotel have Nice pool,Nice and friendly people, for special thank you I must say people on reception on all shifts.Especialy guy from night shift.Good position,perfect parking,close to market,supermarket,shops and cheap traditional restaurants.To Zona Hoteliera we have by bus just 20 minutes and with car faster.Parking was next to hotel for free.Nice pool arena and good view from top on hotel

breakfast was nice but for european people very small but we have fruit,milk,juices,coffe,cerealies and bread with butter and jam every day.

Quiet, small, nice hotel with a lovely swimming pool. We got good recommendations for dinner in the area, as we were not really in a touristic area. Staff very nice.

The connection didn't went so good, we ordered a shuttle to the hotel over Booking.com, but we could not get in contact with the reception of the hotel and nobody was there to pick us up. But at the end we solved the problem.

The room was excellent. clean, good design, shower had great hot water. The restaurant had tasty food and breakfast was available from 7:00 a.m. (which I found to be unusual in Mexico). The pool was very clean and had nice seating. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is close to the mercado.

Just two small things that could have been better. The refrigerator couldn't be used as it had an odor, and I ordered the same salad two times and was charged two different prices. .

We ended up there because of a problem with the hotel we had booked originally (btw booking.com were top in resolving the problem) and it was a relief to have a place at all at such short notice.Lovely pool, which I didn't use but looked very inviting . Staff was nice food was basic but served it's purpose.

Not much choice in the drinks department, cans of beer and little else. There is a bar by the pool but it is closed..I would have loved a margarita to round what had been very stressful day.

Excellent value for money. The room and bed were huge - the only downside was the lack on windows. Staff were great. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. The restaurant food and drink was great and very reasonably priced. Nice pool too.

There were a couple of cockroaches in our room one evening. The location felt a little dark and dodgy at night to walk around in, though was fine in the day.
