Henry´s Lofts0

Henry was a very helpful host and answered all questions we had. My friends (couple) stayed in the superior double room flat above Henry's hair salon which was very spacious. I had the double room on the ground floor which was smaller but also had everything that was needed. The breakfast was served at the Café next door which is owned by Henry's mom. Really love this family business :)

The road was quite noisy at night but that's not Henry's fault ;) A hook to hang up towels in the bathroom would be great. Other than that, I'd recommend the rooms.

LOCATION was great, walking distance from downtown and ferry. It was amazing that we could take our dog in, and next door there is a doggy daycare! Having a refrigerator was a super extra bonus. Great place!

The phone on booking and Google maps isn't the same, and neither gets answers. We stayed outside waiting for quite a while. When we arrived the water bottle was almost empty and even though we were promised it would be changed right away for a full one, we waited a couple nights before that happened.

The place was clean. The air conditioner worked. There is plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is roomy. Nice outdoor space. Nicely decorated.

Better Instructions to find the place or a sign on the gate, etc. Henry's site indicates American breakfast. Found out it's just black coffee and egg any style,was not impressed. This was one of the reasons why i booked.The road is noisy in the morning. A pamphlet with some information regarding where good restaurants, stores,etc. are.

Comfortable apartment. Henry rectified the internet problem. All in all a good experience!

The internet did not work in the beginning. Other reviews mentioned this already, Henry went to Playa del Carmen the second day to buy another WIFI router. After installing it in the evening, the internet was stable and fast. Thus, I think guests can enjoy fast internet in the future.

It would have been nice to have some supplies like bin bags and loo roll and maybe some fresh towels / sheets. The host was lovely when we saw him but it would have been nice if he'd answered our message when we asked for advice.

amazing size bed, the shower was lovely! The kitchen was a good size for 2 of us. the terrace outside space is great for playing cards and Henry is wonderful, so helpful with everything, only a 4 min walk to the centre with shops all around

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great TV and AC and WiFi. The staff are all family and great restaurant which we loved

Nothing everything was perfect

the breakfast, location, host friendliness, host helpfulness, the simple but elegant layout, the comfort and cleanliness.

bicycles had no air so i could not use it, shuttle service to airport at additional cost would have been great.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was very comfortable and it’s in a beautiful spot. Outside was amazing for taking videos and photos, WiFi did cut out sometimes, but this was maybe one morning out of my 5 day stay.

Cozy apartment a few blocks away from the malecon and a block away from the main mercado. Comfortable bed, nice A/C, nice kitchen.
