Luxurious and spacious room / apartment which modern facilities. Comfortable bed and good shower. Wifi was fast and reliable. The outside area is inviting and the pool area is perfect to rest. In the morning there are complimentary snacks, fruits, and juices available, almost a small breakfast. Additionally, there is free Nespresso coffee around the clock. The location of the property is perfect, only a 5 minutes walk from the ferry and there are many restaurants, shops, and bars in the surrounding streets. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and automated.

The hotel decor is well thought in each corner. Just think that you can smell an amazing relaxing Perfume every time you enter the main door. The room was super spacious There was free coffee and fresh water available during the whole day The access to the main door and to the room is via code which makes it very convenient Reception is super available, we even received a WhatsApp message from a "personal concierge" available H24. Super Service. We booked via them a snorkeling trip and could have not been happier

Snacks for breakfast were a bit limited, as well as the fruit was not the best one. Both Saturday and Sunday there was a party going on nearby and you could hear it along the whole night (literally till 5 am at least). Not a fault of the property but to be taken into consideration. The door is a bit hard to open

The room and bed was comfortable, the aircon was working perfectly, and the checkin was very easy that we only needed to use codes. I also liked that the checkout is at 12, so we didn’t need to rush. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops and only a 5 min walk from the ferry which is really comfortable. Fresh, filtered water is at the “lobby”.

The toilet room smelled of sewage, even though the cleaning staff tries to hide it with the cleaning products. Also the “breakfast” is only a few very artificial pastries - would be nice to have some healthier alternatives (or nothing, cause i can imagine those pastries only go to waste)

We loved the spacious clean room and the comfortable bed. We also loved the large shower and the quiet property. We also especially loved that there were multiple electrical outlets on both sides of the bed.

I wished they were within walking distance of more food options. Check-out was at 12:00 by 12:15 we were opening the door to walk out and Arturo seemed to need to tell us that we need to be out by noon. I expressed to him that we are leaving but he still seemed insistent on telling me that check out was at noon. I told him we are leaving and yet he still seemed to need to have the last word in telling me that check out is at noon. It seems very aggressive. It was only 15 mins past and we were walking out of the room with our bags already.

We absolutely fell for the deco of this hotel. Very minimalistic and spaceous rooms of beautiful materials. The bed was amazing, the staff was great, they told us this place could be noisy on the weekends from the nearby bar. There were earplugs for that 🙏🏽 Thank you for hosting us. We had a good time and I met a cool English couple. Close to center and ferry. Go to Woodys and listen to live music monday, Thursday and Saturday ☀️ Hotels delivered 🍊 juice was out of this world!!!

Only thing is, that we were there on a day where the pool wasn't cleaned.

Lovely boutique hotel in the center of Cozumel. I was in Mexico for 3 weeks - this was the cleanest hotel I visited. Complementary breakfast is great. Stuff is very helpful, speaks english which is rare in Mexico. Localisation is also amazing, next to the old town, and 5 minutes walk from ferry. I would love to come back again to this place.

The swiming pool is very small.

Spacious room. Nice garden, nice decoration. Nice ac. Good location 10 min walking from city center. They had access code so you can enter the property even the reception it’s not 24h. Big bed They offer nice coffee and continental breakfast as a complement.

Hotel have problems with humidity. We had a big rain and the room was flooded. However the staff was helpful and change us to another room.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with cool decor, free toiletries and safe included. Staff were lovely and on hand most of the day. Free coffee, tea, pastries and fruit in the morning. Small but great pool with sunloungers and resident iguana!. Short walk to main square, ferry terminal and lots of amazing restaurants. Very secure with coded entry into complex and into rooms

the place is beautiful, the service is amazing the location is in the middle of the city, right near to everything the pool is cute and can be relaxed there everything that I needed they dealt and fix as fast as they could they include cleaning and small breakfast in the price

the design, the vibes. very cozy

there was a leak in our shower and the reception didn’t seem to mind so much, we asked to call maintenance but they never got back to us. later we asked for a mop because our entire room got flooded and we decided to clean it up ourselves seeing as no one came to help. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
