Good location, grate service , the soap was really good!, We got a free room upgrade and it was great. Also the hotel has another branch that has a swimming pool and a free bicycle rental which was really good

Breakfast is not that good, The shower had problems with the hot water

The location was central with ease of check in. The staff were attentive, the hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

One night of noise only on Saturday night from the outside bar that has live music. I used earplugs this night and otherwise quiet.

When coming into the hotel entrance between the hours of 9 and 10 PM, there were some male individuals that would hang out in front of the entrance that was questionable; especially, as we traveled with children under the age of 12.

Beds are comfortable. Awesome sleeping.

Excellent breakfast outside in a private courtyard. Very friendly services with Fresh fruit with yogurt, toast, eggs, and beans. Coffee, Juice, etc.

This is the first time I stayed somewhere that SOMETHING DIDN'T go wrong. I can't think of even the smallest issue we had. From the staff, the room, the breakfast, it was all good. The ONLY thing is the Wifi could have been better. But I wasn't there for the wifi :)

I was upgraded to Casa Mexicana, so the review is for Casa Mexican. Good location. The hotel is right next to the beach. The sunset view at the lobby is stunning. right next to a 7/11. Make it easy to get supplies. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable.

We received a room for special needs (although we are not handicapped) since all rooms are booked up. The room is on the first floor. It has a bad odor. Smells like mold, but I can't be sure. We have to keep the back door open to air out the smell. Breakfast only includes coffee, fruit, and toast. If you want a complete breakfast, that is $10.

The hotel has a very central location, loads of bars restaurants and shops on the doorstep and 5 min away from the ferry station. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, cleaned every day.

Perhaps breakfast could have a little more choice as it was very basic.
