Great swimming pool for a family holiday and the receptionist was so friendly! Very nice common areas and the room was good value. Easy communication before check in. Overall a great stay!

The housekeeping staff made several comments about being short staffed and I think this made it hard for them to keep things to the standard they'd usually like to. Our room was clean and tidy, just took them a little longer than they usually would. Some of the common areas looked like they weren't being cleaned as often as usual e.g. stairs, gym. This is probably the only thing that could let down an otherwise lovely hotel.

The pool and spa were great and the opening hours gave us flexibility to use. Michelle the receptionist was super helpful and my grand daughter kept asking for her every time we walked passed reception lol. We stayed two nights and house cleaning were very helpful. The bed was comfy, good shower, good layout of room. Toilet/shower/sink room very small.

The entrance to the pool is through the gym or bar. Soo if your using the gym equip it can be distracting having kids running in and out. The food was ok? Not what I had expected from this hotel. We ordered in. Would have appreciated a bit more quality and care? eg $19.00 for burnt toasties? Steak meal $38, steak chips salad. The steak was overcooked, and the salad was whithered and looked like it was poured out of a packet. We ended up eating elsewhere.

Went for a caberet it was great. Liked the room and view. Was greeted nicely warm welcome Really nice shower downstairs in the room

Caberet food was ok but not for a diabetic we should be able to let them know if we need something else Room ok, but could be cleaner. Air ducts dusty. Cupboards and a plate were dirty/dusty A flannel was dirty The black cover on the single bed was dirty The bannister on the stairs to hold onto was loose Pillows on the bed too hard felt old Ironing board needs replacing, old as Basically just niggly things that can be fixed For $338 a night I would like to see it just upped a notch or two for cleanliness

Lovely stay. The pool is great size and love that it’s a salt pool and a spa pool available. The room was a great size - only down fall was that the aircon was out of action but they had provided a fan and delivered cold water that night! The service by the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend and would stay there again!

That the aircon wasn’t working but understand that it wasn’t their fault but just happened to be a weekend that was extremely humid! A shame the gyms equipment wasn’t working.

Everything was brilliant, I am ashamed to admit that I completely forgot the names of the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. I’d accidentally booked the wrong day, but they were able to make it work. It was my mother’s first time in the country too and they’ve been raving about the night we spent there. Spent a night a few years prior with my then girlfriend, and came back as a result. This trip was even better and will definitely stay again the next time we’re up that way

The pool, spa, rooms and the house keeping people are so awesome.

I had rang in to see if we could book in before 2pm, at 12pm and Matina said yes we could but when got to the reception the lady said the rooms was not ready. All we wanted to do was put our luggage in the room as we had milk, yogurt and fruit salad to be put in the refrigerator. And we weren't going to come back until 11pm, which meant that my husband had to leave the tournament at 2pm. Which he couldn't so we had to leave our children at the tournament and rush back before 11pm.

Easy access, good facility’s & plenty of parking. Reception staff were helpful and organised taxis for us and offered recommendations when our dinner booking fell through.

Doors were awfully thin, could hear if anyone left their room and could hear people within your own room using the bathroom. One of the staff spoke in a negative manner to another staff member in front of guests which wasn’t comfortable. We also made a booking online for the hotel restaurant which when we showed up for dinner was closed, seems they confirmed our booking in error as reception then informed us that the restaurant isn’t open on a Sunday so you may want to look into the booking system to avoid that in future.

Pool facility was excellent, though chairs around pool would be great so we could sit and watch our kids. Room basic but comfortable. Shower fantastic and beds comfortable.

Traffic noise was quite noticeable. Were woken by it. No fault of the hotels but another guest cooked fish in their room and it stunk out the hallway and our rooms which meant we couldnt have our doors open. This was annoying as we had a group of children that wanted to wander between the families' rooms and couldnt. We ended up leaving hotel rooms to get away from it. Staff dealt with it as best they could but it was inconsiderate of that guest.

Room was reasonably spacious with queen bed plus single. All amenities were in order and available. Lots of parking available. Restaurant was good value, great service from staff even on busy night and food was beautiful.

Had to wait a little longer than expected at reception as we'd made a last minute booking thru Booking.com and the money hadn't transferred through to the hotel at that stage. Not the hotels fault though.

Long drive, wife will not win driver/navigators of the year award. cheered up on finding liquor store on the corner for my obligatory bottle of whiskey and even more when entering room. Fun with granddaughter at pool. Booking a table in the restaurant availability too late to satisfy now hunger demands of grandchild and damn grandmother. Ordered room service by the time we were all showered an excellent meal arrived.
