didn't realise there was a window blind in the ceiling until we were well awake next morning, shower pressure low and issue with warm water, overpowering smell in the hotel corridor, no apps on the TV, vinegar in poached eggs-eeek

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Poznan. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff at the reception and assigned a very nice and spacious room. The hotel guests have access to the swimming pool area including saunas and different relaxing rooms, which makes this hotel unique and a perfect getaway for couples. Front desk receptionist Maciej deserves a special thanks as he was extremely professional and friendly. He made sure our stay was comfortable and was always helpful with any of our request. He perfectly represents what a 5 Star Hospitality looks like, definitely a strong asset of the Hotel. Bravo! We were very happy about our stay and will definitely know where to book next time that we will be in Poznan.

We really enjoyed staying at the city park hotel. The hotel is located in a big complex of restaurants, bars and shops. Its ideal for a weekend away and we loved the whole area. The room was large , stylish and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with great choice. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The bed was extremely comfortable, it was hard to get up! The rooms are so bright, spacious and clean. This place is so perfect for a weekend getaway.

I think the front desk service could be better along with the place signalization. We really struggle to find the right building and door to our room. The front desk personal didn't give us any sort of clue on how to find it, we were wandering around for over 20 minutes and when we came to ask them again where is the room located, they were annoyed and limited themselves to only say ''to the right''.

Just perfect place to stay! Staff at reception and restaurant were so friendly and accommodating, room massive and has everything you need, breakfast delicious and variety is big. There is EV charging and safe parking. We stayed just for one night driving past but will definitely come back for proper holiday. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Nothing what so ever!

This is an absolutely exceptional hotel. The room was very spacious, cozy, quiet, and clean. They have absolutely one-of-a kind pillows. They are fantastic; I haven't slept on such comfortable pillows. Everyone should try. Another thing is breakfast: great selection, classy restaurant. It couldn't be better. Worth mentioning is the location of the hotel. It's in a quite quiet area, surrounded by a great number of restaurants and bars. But still, it doesn't mean it's loud out there. So you have Mexican, Thai, Italian, Japanese, sea food, and a whisky bar.

Wasn't so bad, but I would expect more TV channels.

We liked pretty much all of it. I was a bit hesitant to book this place but it was really wonderful. The room was very comfortable, the restaurant was much better than I expect from a hotel restaurant that we ended up having a lunch and dinner there as well. They were very friendly and kind to our two small kids even though there were also business traveller's at the hotel it worked well. Thank you!

That check in was really only possible at 15:00. If the hotel was fully booked I can understand but it was a bit unflexible for a premium hotel.
