Novotel Poznan Centrum

Short walk to town centre, perhaps 10 minutes. Friendly staff and although the bar looked amazing I didnt get to use it :( - room was clean and even though there were works going on at the hotel it was nice and quiet on the floor I was on.

OK, breakfast selection was good and of good quality and im open to all types of food i felt the hot selection was a little lacking. that aside, good coffee, good fruit and continental breakfast and sweet selection. I did find that not being able to adject to air con was annoying but look everyone is different and over all my stay was excellent and without issue.

Staff is amazing very helpful and nice. Bed was nice and big. I like food in restaurant downstairs especially wild mushroom cream. Wish there was a little toothbrush and toothpaste but this could be on the request in reception for forgetful people like I am. I just never asked. I really like the hotel and price is good for what hotel offers

Redneck in the bathroom below or above shouting at his women over the phone. Once he moved back to the room it was ok.

- Breakfast was absolutely great - The bathroom was brand new and very thought through - Very good location - not far away from the main station in Poznan - Great decoration & vibe at lobby

- Mattress on the bed was very old and not very comfy - Chairs and other furniture were not brand new, but still fine - Construction works next to the hotel, but it is not hotel guilt

Excellent Hotel , with great breakfast, kind staff, girls at the Bar counter are amazing. Colorful and great ambience. my son was happy seeing a table tennis available. Breakfast is amazing, car parking we got a spot right beside the hotel so it was easy. Dinner menu at the restaurant was also good.

Localization very good - tram, shopping mál, other shops nearby. I like pillows. There was tasty complimentary water in room. I think it's good hotel just to sleep in but quite old and unpleasant to spend some time in your room.

Parking is very small and were lack of free place - when we came at 1 o'clock there were no free place for our car. Clean - hair in bathroom, toothpaste on doorframe. Street noise can be heard during night. Stuff in reception and in the restaurant weren't wearing facemask properly.

Great location within walking distance to many attractions in the Old Town and Downtown.

WiFi is free but unsecured by any password. Would have preferred a bit more care there. Underground parking is very small and crowded with one way in and out, but there are options in the shopping area next door that the hotel endorses.

Superb breakfast! Location is convenient and easy to find. Coming close to the hotel, driving route becomes complicated a bit, however in general does not create trouble. Restaurant is working also late evening time and service was very nice.

Accsess to the parking lot is lacking clear direction signs, no ilumination outside. Access road is not in good condition and night time not easy to navigate.

Location was great and the included ammenities were spot on. we had a great time and the beds were very comfortable after out long drive from Hamburg

Parking was an issue and had to park accross the main road in the Shopping centre. there was onsite parking available but the security teram were being a bit hard to get along with.

I was really dissapointed and uncomfortable with my wife because of the recieptionist. She feel like unhappy and we feel disturbed so much when we check in. We suggest your lady recieptionist need more trained about proffessiinalism to castomer service. Need to be more polite, smiling and extra good behaviour Thank you.

Great location, very clean, comfortable room & really good value

Check out not good - receptionist only interested in trying to sign me up to loyalty programme she didn’t listen so I had to correct my bill & ended up with taxi to airport that didn’t accept cards! Really annoying! I didn’t sign up ;)
