Moxy Poznań Airport

Overall - very good hotel! I was positively surprised, it looks very modern, staff is VERY friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, fairly compact, but have all the necessities and are decored in a very nice way! Great breakfast as well ;) Also - was a little afraid that due to closeness of airport it might be noisy, but nothing like that happened.

There were quite a lot of issues when trying to get to the parking lot (which unfortunately was paid separately and was quite expensive). Had to ask for help few times to get in/out of it. Also getting to the hotel is kinda tricky, as you essentially have to enter the airport parking lot.

Simple, modern hotel next to the airport, from which I was flying the day after.

Poor signage on how to get to the hotel (turned out to be accessed via the airport car park). It's not clear whether to take a card at the entrance to the airport or not (because I wasn't sure, I called the intercom - the security let me in without a card) and later the young guy at the reception was not very professional in informing me that I did wrong and that I had to leave the airport and come back with a ticket. Fortunately, his colleague defused the situation and knew how to talk to the client.

We only stayed for 2 separate nights, but we really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic if you are travelling by plane! The bus stop and car hire are also very close. The room and bathroom decor were impressive. The room had lovely lighting, and the under-bed light sensor was convenient for nighttime bathroom trips. The beds were comfy. We also had a lovely view of the airport, and the room was tranquil, with no noise coming from the outside. The TV had channels in different languages or subtitles. The staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. We ordered tea and it was beautifully served.

I couldn't pay with cash as the bartender didn't have any change in the till.

I thought that when under-bed lighting kicks in every time you lower your feet down was annoying in the middle of the night. Another thing I wasn’t quite impressed with was that the voucher for a drink was for a certain drink, which was not specified on the voucher. This certain drink could not be swapped for any other drink even a cup of tea. This was disappointing, as the drink offered was completely unsuitable. It would be better not to offer a drink voucher at all, then to offer it with such strings attached.

Super friendly staff welcoming and very helpful. Fresh contemporary design, uplifting, great vibes. The ironing room and gym were great, best hotel iron I have ever used.

Prefer to have coffee facilities in my hotel room. Food for dinner was a bit basic, but plenty of options in town. Staff are having to multitask all the time, reception, serve food, drinks, payments etc, they do a stellar job though, I hope all customer are patient with them.

Great location, modern feel and very clean. The first decent mattress I've ever slept on in Poland

There was no hot drink facilities in the room. Was told there was tea and coffee free downstairs but when we went down it was locked up and then was charged for a hot drink. Food was average at best with very limited options. There was no alcohol free alternative to the arrival drink we were offered. Neither of our phones would connect to the TV in the room to cast Netflix. There is lighting under the bed which turns on when it senses movement which had no option to turn it off. This feature is probably fine for solo occupancy but not when sharing.

Great location, 2 minute walk from the terminal across the car park. Clean tidy room with nice styling. All you need for one night at the airport. Nice bar area too.

Two minor things that didnt overly bither me, but the bathroom didn't seem to have a fan, so was a little humid, and there was an automatic light that would turn on in the room with movement so not ideal for the middle of the night for the person sleeping.

The hotel is located right next to the airport terminal, which makes it perfect for early morning/late evening flights - it's only a 3-minute walk to the terminal building. The staff was very friendly and even got me a free toothbrush after I told them that my electric one ran out of juice. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and wi-fi worked very well. I did not have breakfast, since my flight was leaving.

Stylish, unique and welcoming place, with large bar and friendly staff. Room was clean and equipped with ambient lighting and had a nice big TV. Very close location (two minutes walk) to terminal

Overly high prices of food and drinks. Noisy air condition during the night. No extra toiletries provided for the guests. No snacks or breakfast on the go for early leavers.
