Sheraton Poznan Hotel

Clean, friendly staffs, everything works well in the room and outside facilities as well. Breakfast was also great with a lot of options of cold and warm foods as well as drinks Location is 10 minutes walk to train station

Spa area especially the pool is so small, 5 people in then it's already crowded I don't really like the design of the shower in my room where the glass divider covers only a half of the shower room's lenght so the water splash outside so it's wet in front of bathroom sink

Great fantastic staff. Best features of this hotel.. a clock in the room..great touch! The black out curtains overlap so there’s no gap (great luxury), the desk in the room was set up with outlets for the computer next to the phone, great wifi, great satellite television, great bed. Food at breakfast was top notch. Parking in the cellar was great. Extra step for safety protection with only people with rooms allowed to access the elevator and cameras every where. All well done.

While everything was clean.. possibly time for a deep clean with the carpet and the shower showing some mold and hard water stains. Not anything a deep clean couldn’t solve.

The hotel is closely located to Poznan Central station. The rooms are specious and the beds comfortable. I enjoyed that the pool and sauna was open until 10pm compared to other hotels where it usually closes earlier. The service was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good with great choice of Polish and international options. Gluten-free break was also available on request. Price for the breakfast quite high for Poland but the buffet offered a lot.

Bathrobe was missing in the room. No vanity kit in the bathroom.

Room was spacious and very comfortable. The lounge area unasuming, appalling pub attached to it. Certainly not a 5* set up. It’s a 4 star hotel

Sommelier Pub is a joke. Ugly, cheap finishes, awful ambience, awful music. To allow anything like this to operate within hotel venue is a joke.

The best hotel stay experience ever. I love the way of how I was welcome by the reception lady - Oliwia. Everything was cleary explained of what was available at the hotel (even at 8 o'clock in the evening). The biggest surprise was that I could have a very early hours breakfast to go 😍 and it was delicious. Fresh rolls with plenty of vegetables and ham. Even some lovely sweet cakes and fruits. The hotel too an extra mile to meet up my needs as I was check out at 4.30 am. Room was big with very comfortable bed. And at the end there was a nice man who was making sure that the taxi driver knows where to go and that he will not charge me too much 😂 I have felt like VIP person 😅 if I will plan to go back to Poznań I will stay there again 😍

Nothing. Everything was perfect

We revisited the hotel with our son who stayed there the first night in Poland to start medical training six years ago The hotel treated him wonderfully at the time so we took him back for his graduation ceremony a few days ago. The hotel is great with wonderful staff and a fantastic breakfast . The swimming pool is beautiful. Made lovely memories and we are so grateful to the hotel for making our stay so special.

Lack of shower cap and unlined bins but probably for eco reasons.

The location is great, near the central rail station and the links to the airport, as well as Jezyce, where restaurants and bars are aplenty. The pool is lovely, albeit better for relaxing and playing with children than for swimming. There is a small sauna room in the changing area, which is fantastic.

The room was facing the main street and therefore the sounds of the street, in particular ambulances, were clearly heard in the room. Due to inability to open the windows, it wasn't possible to let some fresh air into the room.

Staff was amazing, very attentive and careful, superb breakfast, so many choices, personal attitude, excellent service, plus starts at 6 am, perfect timing for the travelling and business people. Room was well established, nice size, good view. Sauna and pool with the greatest view in Poznan works from 6am - fits just perfect into the schedule, just before breakfast. All in all - excellent hotel to choose.

We like everything...nothing was too much trouble...quick reply to any emails I sent before our stay ..organised Taxi no problem, fantastic reception staff ..food out of this world...buffet breakfast super and bedrooms spotless and large ....all the staff were friendly ..well done ..

We cannot find any fault with this hotel. Honestly it is one of the best hotels we stayed in from the service to the food to the location...

The only problem I could observe is the noise that comes from the street I think the building should be better isolated because at night it is difficult to rest with all the sirens and noise from the outside traffic
