Falkensteiner Hotel Belgrade

Excellent hotel, excellent room with a wonderful bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. Top-quality breakfast, with a lot of choice of food and desserts and various natural juices. Probably the best in Belgrade. Such a nice outside terrace and a very cozy place for a coffee and a cake. Top marks for both the staff and the hotel. My warm recommendation.

It's not a criticism, just a suggestion, a hotel this good should have a swimming pool and a spa center.

Excellent hotel. Very good location. Convenient, but a little bit expensive underground parking - 18 euro per night. Kind staff at the reception. Wonderful breakfast. Comfort room with cozy pillows and sheets.

A woman waiter at the garden, who was very rude and nervous. They have a button to call her, but when we want to order a bottle of wine and mineral water she just started shouting at us, because someone from the other table had pressed the button. This attitude is totally unprofessional!

The room was very spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The bedding is first-class. The buffet breakfast is one of the most generous ones I've seen in a business hotel, and the food is delicious and fresh. I've used a series of massage treatments in their spa and they've been outstanding, borderline medical professional. The staff is very kind and friendly, yet very efficient and professional.

I think parking is a bit overpriced.

This is only hotel where staff makes me feel like home. You know…it is the small things…fine touches…smiles… It has been more then 3 years from my last stay in this hotel, and the staff still remember me and my habits - meaning: good management, good training and good HR! Plus, the respect as a regular guest! It is so nice when hotel will reward your loyalty without pointing or asking. Finally, this hotel quality standards in service, food, room etc, didn’t decrease “an inch” in all these years, which, in covid/post-covid period, is very rare situation.

The size of the rooms and the location, 10 min walk from the promenade area next to the river. A lot of parking spaces. The quality of the breakfast was exceptional!

Funny but good to know: narrow blankets to cover yourself at night, but you can ask the reception for wider ones. The view on the back side is not the happiest, but at least it's quiet.

Excellent breakfast (a lot of choices). One of the best that I had a chance to have worldwide. Super friendly staff. Rooms are nice, comfortable and quiet. Access to the garage is very convenient. My fist choice whenever I come to Belgrade.

Internet access was not the best this time. I believe it depends on the room (position).

Rooms are super clean. Staff are really friendly and trying to go above and beyond, from receptionist to cleaners and people working at the facilities. I really appreciate their flexibility with cleaning/ironing clothes.

For a 4 star hotel I've expected to have hair regenerator in the bathroom, like in any other 4-star hotel I've been before. All other amenities were there.

Everything was fine. Cozy, clean and nice room. Polite and caring personal. Excelent quality of WiFi. Great lobby bar with fantastic meals and coffee. All was nice. One of the best hotels for last few years where I stayed.

No minuses found.

Check-out took a bit longer. The tea and sugar consumed was not replaced when the room was cleaned. Power went off during the night and there was no generator back-up power in the room.

This was my second stay at this hotel and i notice that the shower is not well maintained in both rooms . 2 stays, 2 issues at the shower. Not big issue, however at this price/room, i think this issues should not exist.
