The appartment was excellent. Very stylish, very spacious very clean very neat. The bed was very comfortable. There was everything we needed. A closet, a kettle. It rained and there were even umbrellas near the door for the use of the guests. The breakfast was good. the receptionist was very helpful. She ordered a taxi to the airport for us.

The only thing that bothered us was that the TV was not in front of the bed. The TV was in the sitting area on the right side so that you could watch TV only from the sofa. If you want to watch TV from the bed you cannot because its far from the bed on the side. So we didn't watch tv. I think the TV should be moved. Also the location is good near the center its not right in the center you need to walk a little bit but its ok.

1) The spaciousness of the room. We had a bedroom, a sitting room and a Kitchenette. Absolutely comfortable. 2) The lineage and the decora of the hotel is a class apart. Very soothing and pleasing to the discerning traveller like me. 3) The breakfast spread was excellent. The made to order eggs & Oatmeal/porridge with its variation was something I looked forward to every morning. The staff there were eager to cater to your needs, including my demand of hot milk. 4) The location of the hotel is great. Tram services just outside. Lidl, Bingo and Malina groceries just round the corner. Bakeries or Pekarna dotted all around. 5) I would like to highlight the enthusiastic staff at the reception desk especially, I and my wife want to thank Ms. Kristina Saraf Aslanyan who is a very proactive lady and understands the queries and concerns of a tourist. She goes out of her way to make you comfortable in the city with directions and recommendations to the best nearby affordable restaurants and sights to see.

Everything was perfect.

Just wow! 100 out of 10. The expedite suite on the third floor where I was staying was incredible. So spacious, elegant, comfortable and quiet. Endlessly high cielings, 4 huge windows, gigantic and comfortable bed in which I slept like a baby, great loungy sofa corner, big bathroom where you can take a nice bath while enjoying a glass of prosecco. The whole building is elegant and beautiful, too. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. And the breakfast was a dream! Extremely tasty, good quality products and many terrific choices. Really really great! I also liked the area around the hotel, it’s nice and close to everything. Truely an unforgettable experience, perfect through and through. Dakujem!

Amazing location at a city centre. The parking is across the street very convenient and considered great price for 24h parking in city centre. The rooms are spacious and very well taken care off. The breakfast is amazing. Staff is very nice and the fridges are big and filled with items in case there is laziness just to go to the near by stores.

They could update the chairs in the rooms. They were already torn out. The bedding could have more pillows and maybe some more blankets in the living room to feel more cozy.

The room was super spacious as well as the living area. Staff was very pleasant specially one girl in reception(did not remember her name) but she was chatty and pleasent. The breakfast staff was attentive and on the spot. Breakfast was a dream one of the best choices I had in a long time, prosecco for breakfast make you feel like a movie star ;) The room was clean and the bed was confortable, as well as the sofa. TV was a bit slow, but not a massive issue. Minibar a bit pricey but well stocked. The Terrace was a nice touch, as well as the bidet in the toilet. A bit sad as was no sauna or similar facilities available, the gym was the only one functioning. The nespresso machine in the lobby for me as a coffee drinker was a dream. All together we had a very happy stay and a good time.

Sauna facilities were out of service, carpet in the room was a bit stainy. There was not many informations given of things to do upon checking in, but we found ourselves entratainment in the capital.

I really enjoyed this room. A lot of space, clean, comfortable with amazing beds where I could really took a rest after day full of walking. If you want to take long and warm bath you can find bath or shower depend on your preferences. Hotel also offers parking near to the hotel and breakfast. Location is near to main attraction so you do not need to take taxi or public transportation to get there. It takes you around 10 minutes by walking.

The only thing i did not like taste of scrambled eggs on the breakfast :)

We stayed in probably one of the largest suits as we were travelling with our little one. The room was really spacious with a living room attached to it. The breakfast was really good. My daughter definitely enjoyed the omlette. We loved the variety of the options in the breakfast. The lady at the desk is very helpful and polite. Also, room was very clean.

It was very challenging to climb one side to other in the bath. We don't have a bath culture, only prefer the showers :).

This was a sumptuous apartment more than a room, with a balcony, kitchen area, large lounge space, bed space (both bed and lounge spaces had tvs) and bathroom with washing machine. Tastefully decorated, everything working. The location was superb (just a short walk into the old town); the breakfast was delicious; and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like about stating at this property - it was superb.

We stayed in the Penthouse suite for 3 nights. Brilliant suite, so much space for a family of 4. My children are gluten and dairy free, so we cooked most of our own meals, the kitchen was good. Nice towels and bed linen. Good to have free access to YouTube on the TV for children. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were able to accommodate our kids dietary requirements. All staff were kind and efficient. Air con worked very well in our room. Excellent location. L'occitane toiletries. We had our own washing machine and tumble dryer... very useful when you have young children!

Maybe it's just a British thing, but while the beds were good quality, they were extremely hard! They were like very hard foam. We would like a mattress topper next time. Also the pillows could be more full/thick. They need to provide a stair gate for when children stay. It's quite stressful for them to access the spiral staircase freely. They could custom make some fabric "gate" which can tie onto the stairs at least downstairs so they can't go up. I was fully aware of this issue and the staff did warn me, so it was my choice to accept it. Just saying a suggestion for future.

This was an exceptional suite with a full kitchen, living room, and large separate bedroom with ample closet space. The room was quiet and the hotel was well located within 10 minutes walking distance to the old city. The quality of the breakfast was outstanding with many delicious food options to choose from. The staff were friendly. Parking was available across the street for an additional daily fee.
