Blue Waters Hotel

The rooftop pool was had warm water ,loved it .Also pools clean at all times. The versallies restaurant was amazing A star service even when the hotel has many clients . The stay was really really amazing . Oh always had warm showers and slept in a clean bed . Thank you for the sweets 😂😂

That it’s responsibly cashless so please include that on the booking website ,so we are well informed. Atleast at the reception speak English not all of us understand Zulu and it’s soo consistently spoken at the hotel by everyone who provides service.

The stay more or being resembles a feeling of home away from home. Comfortable and safe for the kids.

The reception we received from the Indian lady at the front desk was disgusting. She was not clued up with the system and then blamed that on me. Dispite having paid over R 13 000 in advance I would only be allocated a room at 16:15. Instead of apologizing for the mess she handed me over to a Black staffer who tried to apologize on behalf of her colleague. I had to compromise my bank details to staff in trying to prove that i have actually made the payment. Totally unacceptable. You can tell that staff turnover is high at this establishment because every year you see new faces and this compromises quality of service.. Maybe it's high time i try other establishments that value the fact that we paying our hard earned money for a service.

Everything except 1 I love that they can keep the luggage in for you before n after check in💯 I must come back for more days

I called asking for iron, he said I must come collect it at the reception ☹️☹️☹️ I went to collect it, when I arrive at the reception he's telling me about the 4th floor ironing place or R200 to take one to my room ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ why didn't he say all that over the phone to make 1 trip down to reception? 😡 I advise that if one call requesting an iron mention all the options, if the person choose paying just send a person to bring the iron to the room and collect the cash or the guest will collect it knowing very well that R200 is expected

The buffet was amazing! Staff is really friendly, service amazing. Location couldn't be better. The views from the rooms and pool area - wow!

The food we ordered from room service, however, was really terrible! Steak tasted like rubber; chicken overcooked and somehow all the veges turned out brown. Their buffet kitchen is incredible though for both breakfast and dinner so I think they have two kitchens and one of them sucks hard so whatever you do DON'T ORDER ROOM SERVICE! You'll love everything else though.

I liked the view, the room, the friendly people and delicious food.

I asked for a king bed. it was awkward sleeping on two single beds with my partner.

The food was excellent especially the breakfast, the waiters were very friendly

We had to wait for 2 days to get an inside parking for our car. Sometimes complimentary amenities were not replenished, and I would suggest a comforter/duvet for bedding rather than blanket.

My stay was fantastic , the staff they were so friendly .When u get out of ur car 1 of the staff will come and help u with your bags. On your arrival u get refreshments and when u book in its like 1 2 3 done . The staff well dress the place is very neat I love it will surely go back Thank you very much for your service outstanding

The fact that the hotel guests have to pay extra for undercover parking.

The room had a great view and was easy accessible for the 70.3. Breakfast was good. Under cover parking was welcome in the times we live.

It was sometime noisy and the lifts were hardly ever available. Luckaly we were on the 3rd floor so could use the stairs.

Clean, friendly staff and close to the beach.

I have been bathing with cold water since I arrived on 19 until I go back on 22 August. Water shower was cold from room 608. I only reported it on Sunday and I was told that it will be fixed but it was never fixed. I enjoyed everything except the cold water from the shower
