Roseland House

Our time at Roseland House was fab! The host, Dean was friendly and made sure we felt right at home the entire stay. The rooms were spacious and always sparkling clean, and having them tidied up every three days was a bonus. While we didn't have much time to enjoy the pool during the day, coming back to it in the evening was such a treat. Knowing our vehicles were secure behind an electric gate gave us peace of mind. Dean's local recommendations were spot-on and truly enhanced our trip. We'd 100% recommend Roseland House to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

The proper is beautiful, the outside areas look lovely with a forever blue pool, the unit was so specious this is great for self catering individuals.

We got one of the last early flights and wanted to checkin earlier but that was an issue but I understand it was a busy weekend but they totally refused to keep our luggage till our checkin at 2pm. We had to move around with our luggage from 8am till 2pm I even begged them but they were so mean.

Morden and secure

Too many broken things. Lights, cupboards etc. There was also some drama… young people in the complex got too drunk, there was a gun involved and attempted rape… drama!!!!!

I liked Everything about the place, it was even close to anything you can think of , mall, pubs, any that includes entertainment.The person who was in charge was friendly and came to our rescue whenever we needed him, great hospitality.

The gate didn't lock, but I think there was a fault with the gate machine. And they should place other mirrors in the bedrooms as well

The balcony was had great views and the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds.The place is safe,i went for a morning walk,shops are close by.

The wifi didn't connect or connected without internet.May i kindly request that this be fixed. May i kindly request that it be fixed,otherwise we had a great time with my family.

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean! The host was accommodating and friendly. It looks better than what is shown in the picture on the app :)

The WiFi was constantly disconnecting, the pillows were a little too hard which made it abit uncomfortable to sleep. Maybe offer bathroom condiments that would be amazing!

The location was easily accessible, and the set up of the lounge.

The location was easily accessible but the property should have an option of making arrangements for early check in if the client arrived 1 hour before. We struggled to get hold of anyone on the phone to make prearrangements until we arrived at the property and had to be turned back and only got assisted 5minutes before 2pm check in time. One bedroom did not have Aircon and those bedrooms are very hot, you cannot sleep with the windows opened due to monkeys around the apartment and mosquitos. The 2 bedroom apartment should at least have 2 bathrooms/toilet as the room accommodate 4 occupants.

I love everything about Roseland Self catering I'm definitely coming back on my birthday month February 🤗 to Dean Continue being a great host that u are,ur hard work doesn't go unnoticed..he made sure we were we comfortable ❤ he's funny,caring, socializing we really enjoyed our stay cause of him big up's man not forgetting da housekeepers as well

The place is nice and safe for a family vacation when you are with kids.

They are very low on facilities especially in the kitchen and Bathroom

There was breakfast since it was self catering but we did enjoy the coffe and the delicious biscuits.The location was quiet and peaceful.It was close to the shopping centres for what we needed..Plus our host Dean but very good he was always reachable and attendant when we needed him.We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing everything was good to us.
