My family and I stayed at Coweys Corner from 23-26 Dec 2023. To say we enjoyed our stay, is really an understatement. The property was clean, and the beds were very comfy. The Kitchen was well equipped. The bath water was always hot considering the fact that we were a big group. I especially loved the fact that the property is close to the shopping centre and restaurants around the area- we literally walked everywhere. Felix the caretaker was amazing, very courteous and helpful. I will definitely come back here.

The location and the staff were excellent. It was our first time in South Africa and there could not have been a more perfect place for our first stay in the country. The hosts live nearby, but not very close as to invade the privacy of the guests. The place has convenience stores, fuel station, and pharmacy nearby for immediate needs. The property is secure and guests need not think twice about planning their stay at this lovely little corner.

The fact that one could use the kitchen at leisure. It was more like home from home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself very clean and cosy .

Getting into the premises was a bit of a hassle .The road is rather too narrow. It takes a lot of turns to get in and out of the place.

Wonderful location and walking distance to shops and some restuarants. Its quiet and safe. Rooms are really great. Beds are super comfy and the bathroom is very spacious

The room gets insanely hot and stuffy during loadshedding and I would recommend putting mozzie plugs in the room instead of a doom spray can

The breakfast was amazing! loved the variety they had to offer. Our room exceeded our expectation, it was so private. great WIFI. the staff was so nice & accommodating. They cleaned our rooms. The area is in such a perfect area, can walk to the shops if you need anything.

Would be great if there was Netflix, we had to use our own. The breakfast should have muffins or croissants included not just offer bread.

The breakfast was excellent and the owner went out of his way to allow me to leave my car on the premises for the day even after we had booked out. The amenities were all clean, the area was very quiet. I will be back! :-)

Towel rails in the bathroom would help.

Willingness to accommodate the need for bathtub while I had initially been allocated en-suite-shower which was not my preference. Relocating at no extra charge was appreciated

Breakfast prepared too early and eggs meant to be soft to medium became hard. That soured an otherwise great visit and stay. Preparing upon return from my morning run would have been fitting cherry on cake.

Everything, the staff, the cleanliness, where the place is situated. The staff make sure every need is met. The location is great close to Florida road which has good places, close to beaches. Everything is closeby petrol station, pharmacy, very quiet place.

This was not a train smash just a suggestion a bar fridge in the room would nice, but there is fridge available in the kitchen

Felix the caretaker was one of the lovely people that checked in every now and then to ask about our experience Breakfast was delicious thanks to Aunty Barbara and her team

it’s convenience

entrance and exit gate is difficult for larger cars. I damage my car trying to get out of the property. Chairs on the verandah outside our room encourage people to sit and talk which really disturbed our rest.
