Beach club was nice, food good, reception services were great

Entertainment was just poor. Good for a age range between 5 and 8, but its quite poor for adults amd teens. Aiden is the only entertainer who can make activities become fun to everyone. When Aiden is not around is just poor. Girls cant really be so lively. People at the pool bar were quite rude. Try talking to them in English even though you understand spanish and just listen their comments! Awful!

The children loved it the water park the swimming pool the entertainment like the circus and the Brazilian show were amazing!! Staff very friendly and we asked to change room which they were amazingly helpful with just due to children with SEN. Water park is amazing!!!!

Would be nice to have a section where you can ask for something to be cooked ie breakfast to have omelet station and evening different meats or fish so it’s done as ordered and also nice and hot etc but tbh can’t fault it the children had a breath time and that’s the main thing!

The hotel was well managed, very helpful staff, no bottle necks at meal times etc. The room was spacious and as we expected. The pool at the hotel was lovely, as was the beach club area with all the other pools. Water wasn’t heated but we expected that. Access to the indoor pool was great for one of the cooler days. Eldest daughter (5yo) loved kids club.

The beds were so uncomfortable, unfortunately they were the one thing that would stop us from staying again. Very hard and mattresses were worn out. A shame as otherwise the hotel was excellent value for money and would have definitely come back. The kitchenette has a few plates and a bottle opener and that was it; wouldn’t be able to even cook some pasta despite having a hob and microwave. Not even a glass, but I’m sure if we’d asked they would have provided for us.

Cristina from the shop also extremely helpful and so kind with my family. The spa facilities are great and the amount of food, snacks and the all inclusive options is great. All day entertainment is great and night shows were great too. well done to all

Nothing all was great

All was great

Friendliness of staff and great selection of food.

Only one selection of draught beer. Crazy golf requires maintenance. No games room for children, table tennis outside and poorly maintained, Pool tables in bar which could not access until 19.30pm and poorly maintained.. Small issues requiring attention at little cost. Beach club water slides and Pirate ship not in use and under maintenance.

I really liked the pool area , the welcoming and professional staff and the entertainment staff.

The late meal times ! There was a massive queue each evening to get into the restaurant and also to get your food. Why are the meal times so late for a family hotel ? My kids were shattered each night and it had a knock on effect each day.

Staff were brilliant,d place was spotless,great variety with being able to use d 3 hotels and beach club,very relaxing holiday! Wud recommend for family holiday

Not great dinner selection for kids,location a bit out of d way if u want change from all inclusive

The young man in the downstairs bar was probably the best part of the holiday very friendly and helpful I forget his name but he was working downstairs at the nightly entertainment, unfortunately weather was not good,also receptionist left me a bottle of champagne for my birthday many thanks

The weather witch was beyond hotels control
