BQ Delfín Azul Hotel

small but enough room size (I was single person in double room), balcony available, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with big shower, cleaning every day, fresh tasty breakfast with various options, pool, bar, entertainment, bicycle storage, excellent location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, supermarket

no coffee machine available in the hotel, specifically needed outside of bar working hours

Stayed here to participate in the Mallorca 312 cycling event. good location about 1.5 miles from the start. There is a bike store available for use and easy access to main roads. Decent if somewhat characterless pool. Standard breakfast buffet with plenty options but poor drinks. Clean rooms with fridge and hairdryer.

Road noise was an issue - had to leave my balcony door open as air con not working very well. Breakfast drinks not good - terrible coffee from a machine, no boiling water to make tea with and no fresh juice. Report on the evening buffet was not especially glowing but I didn’t try it.

The location is perfect, especially for bus connections to several places including, Puerto Pollensa, Inca and Palma. The hotel is light and bright, the receptions staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, Gio being only one of them. The pool is large and was very underused, possibly because of the time of year. Very helpful on checkout, a secure luggage room is available at no charge. Housekeeping staff were also excellent. They respected Do Not Disturb signs and we're friendly, always with a smile. We did not eat in the restaurant, so cannot comment. The in room TV had BBC, plus ITV as well as German and Spanish TV.

Only warm air came out of the AC unit. We mentioned this to the reception staff as it felt rather warm, especially at night time in the room. I believe that the cool air option is possibly only activated wef 1st of May. If that is the case, guests could and should be informed in advance when booking. It might be worth a mention, when dropped off coming from the airport at the bus stop nearest the hotel, you need to cross the road when catching the return airport shuttle, which is also where you would catch a regular bus to Palma and the A32 bus too.

The location of the hotel is excellent! You can take the bus from Palma to Alcudia and the bus stop is around 100 metres from the hotel. The hotel is around 15min walk to the Alcudia Port, but in overall the location is their best asset. The cleanliness is very good and the staff was very helpful.

I didn't like the slow response from the hotel about the elevators. During my 10 day stay 1 or 2 elevators out of 3, kept being out of service. It was a problem after not dealing with this issue for 4 or 5 days. The wifi went down for 2 days! Note, that you can't depend from the hotel's wifi for work. Also, i didn't expect to pay additional tourist tax after Booking already listed the final price.

The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. And there are a 24/7 staff attended reception what make things great and safe. Breakfast is fresh and load of choices you will not go hungry from the table.

We had no balcony but we only stayed 1 night twice but it would have been lovely to experience that because we are contemplating returning next year to Mallorca. It would have been a great opportunity to show us because we started with your hotel and then we booked again the last night we were there.

Really appreciated. - great range of tv channels. - good plumbing and water pressure in shower. - nice balcony and view. - good wifi. - nice poolside entertainment. - nice pool. - nice overall family atmosphere. - fridge. - friendly and respectful cleaners and concierge. - easy to use and decent aircon. - good value. - whole hotel and rooms clean, and in immaculate condition. - nice and quiet location despite next to bus stops.

- would have liked to stay longer. ;( - bed initially took a while to get used to. Not sure due to firmness or thin duvet. - one or two incidents of excited families, but I didn't mind.

Delicious choice of food every day Superb customer service with a well trained team in every area of the hotel They helped us celebrate our friend’s birthday brilliantly and did everything they could to make our stay a great experience

As a group of 6 friends we could not think of any criticism as our stay was perfect from start to finish. If we needed anything the staff went out of their way to help us. If possible we would like to have seen more gluten free items for our friend who is wheat intolerant.

Location was excellent. Hotel was spotless & Staff were very friendly.

The only area we struggled with was the selection of food in dining area at dinner time. We had 2 children with sensory needs around food. Very few dishes had no sauces over them. Hence kids didn't eat with us every night. Which was a pity. Breakfast was amazing. Catered moee for the kids with the variety of food.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We`ve asked for early check in and they did fulfilled our request. The selection of food at breakfast and dinner was pretty good. The room and bathroom were clean.

The hotel don`t have its own parking and you have to look for a parking place around and sometimes is pretty hard to find one. The hotel is right near a busy street and if you have rooms in that wing, at a lower floor, is pretty noisy in the night.
