Staff very friendly Very helpful especially the gentleman didn't get his name unfortunately helped me so much with my flight check in for returning home and printed out the boarding pass I'd have been lost without him he had a great sense of humour also very cheerful

WiFi in block D not the best signal came and went The position of the air conditioning vent in the bedroom not in a good locatuon as I couldn't feel the benefit of the coolness even on high not cool enough for me I definitely wouldn't have managed if I'd been there july/AUGUST

Loved the location of this hotel and the breakfast was amazing. You could have continental, freshly made omelette, churros, pancakes or a wide range of cooked breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and there were loads of pools to choose from. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and bars and restaurants. It's also only a minute walk along the beach to the main town.

There was a slighty drain smell in our bathroom come the end of the week and the walls are pretty thin so the room could be quite noisy, particularly when you're trying to get an early night - this was only a problem on the last night when we had to get our flight early morning.

The grounds and facilities of the hotel are great. Very good for kids, as has plenty to do including swimming , children's center, splash parks, park equipment. Also entertainment every day. Location very near beach which is clean. Near restaurants and shops. Breakfast selection is plenty and loved the fresh omelettes. Rooms had good facilities including fridge microwave washing equiment and cutlery. Rooms were a good size.

The rooms could use an upgrade. Didn't feel like a 4 star room Sometimes it felt quite cold in the rooms as no heating option in room. Wasn't fond of the bathroom which was a walk in shower .

We loved everything. The staff were so accommodating even before we arrived (special requests were no problem). The room was lovely, clean and plenty big enough for the four of us. The pools and entertainment staff were brilliant and the food was excellent - choices fit for everyone. My daughter became unwell on the last night and the staff were so helpful - they helped us get a Dr and also arranged late check out. Location was fab, you could easily walk to all local beaches, shops and several attractions. We also hired a car and exploited further afield. Can't wait to come back

Nothing. My only teeny gripe would be that sometimes the food could have been slightly warmer.

Beautiful resort with nice grounds, beautiful pools ,comfy apartments and lovely staff. Loved the layout of the 2 story apartment blocks around grassy areas, and central pools. The apartments are really nice, especially appreciated the kitchenette area and bathroom. The complex is a short walk to the beach and supermarket, and 20 minutes to the beautiful old town.

Great location with enough privacy thanks to the arrangement of the apartment houses. It all felt very cozy and convenient, The pool was right in front of our door, with a bar and breakfast-place next to it. There was a lot of free parking place on the streets too, you could easily park within a minute from your door. The main street with restaurant and the beach were all within 10min walking. I'd definitely come back again.

Just small things really... like the sharp blue light from the electric switch in front of the bed. But we covered it with paper and could sleep well. I'd also appreciate a washing machine in the area for those who want to stay longer.

Great resort. Spread out over several blocks and with 7 pools in total. Lot's for kids to keep them ebtertained, and there's the option of booking an apartment in the 'Serenity' area if you're not travelling with young kids. Good gym and wellness spa also, which residents can use for free. On site laundry also, so you can wash your clothes. Staff were excellent. Can definitely recommend :-)

Wish we'd known about the Serenity area when we booked. No big deal, not a far walk :-)

The resort was excellent, with plenty choice of pools, entertainment, and fantastic facilities. Our apartment was clean, spacious and our request for a balcony was met. The staff were friendly, and access to the beach was quick and easy.

The only downsides (and these were very minor) was that there was no bath matt in the shower, which did make it quite slippy. The AC also wouldn't turn up any further, which we needed it to during the heat.

The property location is great. There are bars and restaurants around both at the back of the complex, front, towards the beach and also at the beach. There are excellent bus routes around which makes transport very easy. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they work extremely hard.

Breakfast was very busy, the queue for coffee and juice as previously mentioned needs to be addressed but apart from that it is a great place.

The facilities were excellent, in particular for kids. A number of playgrounds, sand pits, kids club and pools to choose from. The grounds were kept so well and the apartments were very clean, modern and well equipped. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much. I would highly recommend this resort for families with young kids. Great location, less than 10 mins from the beach, a number of restaurants on your doorstep & a 30 min walk to Port de Alcudia

The only fault I have is that the kiddies disco was the same every evening and the night entertainment could be improved!! We were there in low season so this is probably why but other than that the place is excellent
