I liked this hostel a lot. I enjoy small hostels like this one and after a few days in Barcelona I welcomed a cozy atmosphere. It’s not very modern and there is no air conditioning in the rooms but they brought us an extra fan and the place is kept clean. It also has a nice breakfast included and is very well located near the bus station and plenty of places to eat/ drink and stroll around Girona. For the price I think it’s really great

The only thing I would have liked was air conditioning, it’s really hot in Girona in the summer. But it actually exceeded my expectations for the price

I arrived later than I expected, but receptionist was ok with it. I liked the fact that there is bathroom in shared dormitory, and two more bathrooms on our floor. Bed was comfortable, I slept well. The breakfast was nice, I would just prefer more variety with cereals and better coffee but in general I enjoyed it. The staff is really nice, the receptionist sent me the soap I forgot at hostel, and took an effort to find it among all other forgotten items. I would definitely say value for money and recommend this place to every passenger in Girona. Thanks guys :)

I think guys just need to put on location better on Google maps because it took me a bit too much to find hostel.

Really lovely hostel in a historical building with high ceilings, old tiles on the floor, and a picturesque view from the balcony. Entrance to the spacious bathroom is situated directly in the sleeping room - it is really comfortable and it's not the most common feature in hostels. The breakfast is fine, the location is perfect.

The room was tiny and my bed was really close to the door. Power outlets rather far away from the bed. Only instant coffee for the breakfast.

It wasn't too far from the bus and train stations. Nice clean female dorm with bathroom. Lounge with comfy chairs looking out onto the street. Kitchen is small. No kettle or microwave, they are in the breakfast room!! The breakfast was good, bread for toast, cereals, ham, jam etc. I was only there overnight but enjoyed it.

Nothing really could do with a kettle and microwave. Had to wash a dirty pan out to boil water for tea!!

The central location is one of the hostels biggest bonus / assets ! Access to public transport is virtually at the doorstep ! Most city attractions can best be reached on foot. Shops and eateries abound. A quirky and somewhat dated hostel and run by a very friendly and helpful administrator when manning the office etc. Seamless WIFI. Wonderful friendly city -(Girona). Recommended .

No fridge / hob / sink.

The guy you welcomed people at the hostel. He is very kind and give us a lot of info. The building. It's an old and well decorated building. The bed was comfortable.

The bed makes too much noises and you could wake up the others while going to sleep. The lockers are too small to insert any backpack or suitcase. The breakfast lacks fruits.

Amazing location, very helpful and positive staff, very cool building, pretty tiles on the floor, comfortable shared space with stained glass window. There is a laundry machine and a drying machine (5 euros per load), one of staff members took the whole process on himself, so i didn't have to do anything. Decent breakfast, cereal and sandwich ingredients selection. Rooms have lockers, so you can put your valuables there. Room had a balcony. There is a shower inside the room and another in the hallway so if you're in a hurry and one is occupied you have another option.

- no elevator in the building, so if you travel with heavy luggage be ready for that - bunk beds were kinda wobbly so you feel every move of the other person on top/ bottom bunk - my room had only beds and lockers. No chairs, tables, coffe tables, drawers, not even a little light on the side of your bed - windows face a noisy street, no cars but people talking, so if you have trouble falling asleep I'd recommend ear plugs or something

Perfect location to explore the city. A front of hostel is shop, and in some min walk distance (5min) is cafeteries and restaurants.

My opinion, if breakfast are included, but people check out earlier hostel can prepare some things for breakfast and give at evening. I know lot of hostels do the same. But not answer- ok.. nothing to do.

central location, comfy bed, good cleanliness, charming old house with original features like ornate balconies.

Noise came through the dividing wall (or door) from the next room during the night: some loud noises. Breakfast: was not much selection

A super freindly hostel in a really nice old building in a very central part of Girona, just a short stroll across the river from the old town but with all the faciities you'd need close at hand. The kitchens were great and clean, and the breakfast was very good. Staff are its greatest asset, though.
