Hotel Eden Park by Brava Hoteles

After a terrible experience in an apartment in Canyelles without AC, mosquitoes inside, and no sleep for 3 days, we left and booked Hotel Eden Park. We couldn't have been any happier. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much to ask. Nadia in particular was a breath of fresh air, always smiling and so attentive. The rooms and entire hotel was spotlessly clean. We had the most comfortable beds with Air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and a great swimming pool. The cuisine in the hotel was the best food we had our entire trip. Absolutely fantastic. Hotel Eden Park saved our holiday.

Not so well Arrived 1p.m. Lunch time ( needed lunch) sorry no food served lunch time. Restaurant open from 7-30. bar from 6-30 ?? but there is a sort of snack situation crisp, choc bars coffee tea (make your own ) pay at reception ) not good when you or your young child is hungry !lovely location but too far to go looking for lunch.but very good indeed for the airport.however 7-30 we had a very good meal indeed. also good wine. the children around (hungry or not enjoyed the lovely pool and grounds. also a free shuttle ride to the airport. would stay again. but getting there at lunchtime tiered, hungry. take a picnic !! and enjoy the lovely grounds.

Modern, fresh and clean. Located 5 minutes from Girona airport so convenient! I would say this is a stop over hotel, as there are no eating facilities between 10am and 7pm. breakfast is 7am-10am, which is fab, great selection and all freshly cooked and prepared. Staff were mainly very friendly and even gave us a lift to the airport. Rooms are well equipped and modern, bed is super comfy! Pool area is great as well, the garden is very pretty perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening drink.

The lack of food options throughout the day. After breakfast there is no choice of lunch, sandwiches etc. Dinner isn’t served until 7pm so there is only options of crisps and chocolate. Because of the location there is no local shop or restaurants either and the just eat facility didn’t work for us personally. Unless you drive you would need to get a taxi into Girona roughly 20-25 mins away.

Just off the motorway, very easy to get to. Unfortunately it was raining very heavily when I arrived on my motorbike and I left a big puddle of rainwater on the floor of the foyer. The lovely receptionist was very understanding and quickly mopped it up herself. I'd arrived after a day in France so my very limited Spanish hadn't kicked in but the receptionist spoke excellent English and guided me through the check in procedure. The excellent restaurant served a very good choice for the evening meal and the staff there were very helpful and gave good service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower! Breakfast was a buffet with a great choice of cooked and cold dishes, fruit and cereals. Plenty to set me up for another day's riding south.

Nothing not to like at this hotel!

3 minute taxi from the airport, approx €15. Communal space was decorated to a high standard and spotless clean Pool and terrace area were also very clean, pool was heated and very refreshing Dinner in the restaurant was very reasonably priced and was the best meal we had in a long time! Pressure in the shower was excellent Comfy beds and pillows

Slight issues with language barriers with staff While the decor in the communal areas was very high spec my personal opinion the decor spec drops considerably and still feels dated in the bedrooms but for the price it can't be argued!

Great hotel, staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was great and the proximity to the airport was perfect.

It would have been better of the bar was open earlier (although the young guy on reception was more than happy to serve people if he was not busy). It would also have been better if the restaurant opened earlier than 8pm. We noticed people complaining that they were very hungry at about 7pm and so were we after a long drive. Finally, the doors have to be almost slammed to close them which makes it quite noisy and better signage is needed as we found it very difficult to find once leaving the motorway and had to call the hotel for directions. Other than that, a great and well run hotel.

Another most enjoyable stay at Eden Park, travelling from the UK to Spain. Excellent location near the motorway but still feels quiet. Staff are excellent, friendly and always try to accommodate any requests. Dinner in the restaurant was marked better than my previous visits, and well worth the money. Service was efficient and personal - mucho gracias! This hotel has become my regular stop over on my long road trips, and this visit definitely confirmed it is the right choice for me.

Very convenient location, just off the motorway and yet in lovely gardens with a pool. Modern design reception area with bright and airy bar and restaurant. Three course set meal for 24.95€ was good value - food is okay. Breakfast was good, wide choice of hot and cold options Dog friendly (few other doggies staying too) Staff were very helpful and friendly

The location off the AP-7 was Ideal,made it so much easier to carry on our road trip the next Day.. The room.was large and luxurious and our bed was so comfortable.. we used the pool when we got there , just what we needed after an 8 hour Drive.. we ate in the restaurant and chose from a set menu wich included a glass of wine.. The food was delicious and the waitress was so polite and helpful that we left a tip ..

Our only gripe... even though there was coffee making facilities in the room , the only thing we had was 2 sachets of sugar, we asked at the desk for coffee and milk and some more sugar . but nothing arrived.. 😩😩

The hotel is new, very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't use the pool because the weather got cold. The beds are super comfortable, internet was a bit slow though, but ok. The staff was friend, and we were able to get a transfer to the airport for free. Overall this was the best option to lay back and relax before our flight.

The room wasn't super clean, I could see some dust on the floor and bedside table. But it wasn't too bad.
