I was very disappointed with thd breakfast.: we were told the times were between 7.30 and 9.30.. we came to breakfast at 8.45.. having paid for 2 hot breakfasts.. and all there was .. was 2 crousants.. orange juice and toast.. the staff said they would not ask for More from the kitchen.. very expensive croissants and coffee..

The staff were very sweet.. however, they could have listened to me when I told them I had paid for 2 breakfasts..

after a few warm evenings, I asked the front desk about air conditioning and was told it was broken, that only heat was working. but that I could open the window. I would’ve preferred being told before I needed to ask, and for some consideration for the lack of a stated amenity I counted on

the waitress, Breidy, who served breakfast was the most rude staff I have ever experienced. I actually stopped taking breakfast after the first two mornings because she was so unpleasant to me (having told my friend she “hated Americans.”)

The location could not be better, perfect for visiting the old city with restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, while not huge, was very comfortable and modern. We also appreciated having the private parking nearby - something which is not always possible when staying in a city center. We had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and in both cases the food was good. We loved Girona and would highly recommend this hotel as a base.

Location was great, old town area is very charming. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Morning coffee at the lobby was excellent.

Hotel room doors do not sound proof, so if there was people in the corridor, you will hear them. Luckily it was a quiet night, so we slept well.

Hotel was quite modern and the room fresh and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location was great, only a couple of minutes stroll to the old town.

The shower pressure was a bit weak. Housekeeping were working on the floor up until 6-7pm and were making a lot of noise. (It's a small floor, why so long? Maybe the store room is located on Lv1?)

Best hotel in Girona! Friendly staff, perfect spot of parking garage. Many restaurants in the area with a tasty food, as always in Spain! Surely will come back

The room was big, but with a tiny little window. Overal is a great hotel in excellent location

amazing location and friendly staff. Hotel facilities were wonderful especially considering I’m a cyclist and the hotel has many amenities catered towards cycling. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be returning again.

Really clean, great staff. Good location and excellent for cyclists. You can store your bike securely. Very close to the old town and the service course bike shop.

This was our third visit and overnight stay, we tend to use this hotel when we're traveling from or to spain since it's the nicest hotel in the city close to the border with France. This time we had time for breakfast, when we came down all was served and prepared, very nice service and really good food. Always a great stay and in case we ever return by car to Spain this will be our stop again.

Parking access is a bit tricky but it's secured even though very pricy. A hair dryer instead of a scale would be great in the hotel rooms, but nothing else apart from that.
