Great location in the heart of the old town .Close to bars & restaurants. Good price. Comfortable bed.

A/C in the bedroom was far too cold & uncontrollable . Asked reception for assistance who said they would increase the temperature & reduce the fan . This had no effect at all . Over complicated lighting system Light from the corridor lit up the bedroom . Limited breakfast choices but what was provided was of a high quality . Very difficult to park in their underground car park - many scratches on the walls were evidence of that.

Super friendly staff!!! Nice room and nice salon and breakfast area.. Good location in old town (but we could not access it by car, see below).

We were not able to access the hotel by car since our GPS did not find the exact location. Luckily we could park very close to the hotel.

Well positioned and quiet hotel in the city centre within minutes of the historical sights and a variety of eateries. Delicious self service breakfast and clean bedrooms with a kettle in the room. Staff all really friendly and endeavoured to be helpful however our queries were at reception were left unanswered due to the language barrier. Would have been really useful to have access to a display of local information in the hotel rather than having to visit the tourist information centre. Would highly recommend and plan to revisit later in the year.

The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful. She allowed us to check in early which was great. The complimentary half bottle of Cava was a nice touch too. Breakfast was very good value with a large selection of all the usual items. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed, the boutique feel of the place makes it a lovely change from the usual larger hotel chains. Having their own parking in the centre of the old town was a real bonus. We resolved to go back again soon as on this occasion we had only one night in Girona.

location is 5 star! quiet but steps away from more lively streets of Girona. spacious and comfortable room and very relaxed, quiet environment staff were very friendly and helpful and organised a babysitter for our son who was lovely.

the lighting system was a bit complicated to manage! breakfast was quite simple

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and considerate. My wife had left her cell phone in the hotel where we had been staying in Barcelona, and one of the young ladies at the front desk took it upon herself to find the phone and make arrangements for us to get it back. We could not have been more grateful.

There was nothing not to like. Great place.

Location perfect close to everything,staff very helpful especially Rachel who helped with medical issue,breakfast good with fresh products with plenty choices

Entrance door after 23.00 could be a issue with noise.

The breakfast was delicious a lovely range of ingredients to suit all tastes The position was fantastic central to the old town

This hotel is in old Girona. The hotel car park is essential. Leave the car and walk everywhere. It’s a lovely place to explore. Very helpful receptionist pointed out all the places to visit and the square where there are a lot of restaurants and bars.

This hotel is located in the heart of Girona, so it was very easy to go out and explore the city. Breakfast place had a very nice view and was in general very stylish, even though it didn't have hot meals with its breakfast, but the food selection was good overall. Loved the style of this hotel.

If you need parking, come in prepared. The streets leading to it are very narrow and can be difficult to find if you don't know what to look for.
