Hotel Lava Beach

The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The view is amazing. The location is very convenient. The breakfast was nice and of a good quality. Everyone works so hard. Thank you for all your efforts and for making our stay so nice. The receptionist helped us booking a trip to the volcano and cave which we would recommend! ( apart from the optional meal which we did not have as the quality seemed poor). Thank you all!

We have given feedback as we perceived the pool bar service to be slow. If you like swimming in the sea, it can be windy. We did not particularly like the restaurants near the hotel.

loved everything about it. Facilities,food,drinks and of course the view.

pillows had creak in neck most mornings.

Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

Staff so friendly and professional. Beautiful place very relaxing. The ethos of relaxing and using environmental products was very impressive 👌 great job to all👌

One thing I did not like was having to leave...there is one very small thing I didn't like was all phones should be on silent. When you are around the hotel. Nobody wants to listen to other people's conversation while they are relaxing. Other than that the place is paradise and I'll definitely be back. 👍😏😉

A really lovely, modern hotel. Great rooms, great pool (sometimes a little cold!), great breakfast choice. No problems getting a sun bed. Also liked the fact that it felt very ‘adults only’ (although it wasn’t.. there were some older children), meaning it felt very relaxed around the pool area.

Breakfast wasn’t always hot. Food choice was good however there was a lack of fresh fruit available. Lunch choices were limited to the pool bar which was expensive and very average at best - better food options outside of the hotel. Drinks/cocktails too were expensive and not of great quality (didn’t taste alcoholic at all!)

everywhere is very clean! the beds (when made as a double) are enormous and very comfortable. balcony was a brilliant sun trap in the afternoon. The pool is also very clean and no problems getting a sun bed. Great selection of food on the breakfast buffet. Staff were very friendly.

Bar service was quite slow and sometimes inconsistent. ordered a cocktail a few times and each time it came in a different size glass and tasted totally different. We phoned reception for an Iron and was surprised to hear that you don’t provide them (only the chargeable laundry service is available).

Spacious,modern,clean and simply gorgeous.

The bar staff at the pool were quite dismissive and ignored you for anything up to 10 minutes while they huddled around the till discussing receipts in groups of up to 3 people.On the only occasion that we decided to eat dinner at the hotel,having been told we were free to look at the offerings before signing up ,a manager came to our table after we had ordered drinks for dinner and presented us with the receipt to sign.Just as well I checked before signing as we had been charged again for the dinner in spite of presenting a meal ticket we had purchased earlier at reception.We received no apology for this error which was essentially an extra 56 euro.We lost confidence in charging anything further to our room and kept our receipts.

We liked everything about the hotel. Great location. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of selection, room were prefect, very comfy & spacious. The hotel facilities were excellent and overall very clean.

Such a top class hotel in such a lovely country. Staff were so great with us and seemed to want to move mountains to help us. Buffet breakfast was really good, pool is great, the whole place is so clean. Was there for my birthday and my partner surprised me with a balloon display in our room (which staff did such a good job at putting up) and we were given a bottle of cava for free too. There was table service to your recliner by the pools and a really nice menu to choose from. Will struggle to believe any bad reviews I see for this place. Highly highly recommended.

Air con in rooms seemed a bit on and off but wasn’t incredibly noticeable.

The room was lovely with a great view and easy access to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!

Wish we had booked for longer!
