nice functional value for money apartment located in centre of Puerto Del Carmen.

Unfortunately we had a bit of an invasion of cockroaches but the venue maintenance team arrived within an hour to rectify the problem

Liked the location central to a wide variety of pubs, restaurants, and the beach. Short walk to old town The apartment was clean and basic...

Didn't like the hills we had to climb to and from apartments and everywhere, it seemed. Not a great, seaview, half abscured by building, noisy buses having great trouble driving through the narrow street outside our door, as cars parked on either side, aslo they constantly pulled up outside our apartment as it was a pickup point, no privacy on balcony,, The fridge didn't work properly, satellite TV consist of 4 English channels,

An excellent accommodation in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from main strip but far enough not be near any noise. The staff were lovely - so friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself is clean - basic but everything you need is there and in perfect working order. and cleaning staff come in every second day. We stayed in a sea view apartment and although the pool is across the road, it’s a quiet road and this wasn’t an issue for us. Communal areas are well lit up at night and it felt very safe. We have already booked our return visit.

Stayed here a few times over da years, Great place, close to everything, food good in pool bar, Had sea view apartment again which is lovely, taxi only €20 for 3 people from airport, Would defo recommend 😎

No air conditioning in living room very warm at night

Location wise could not be better, a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped also with a safety deposit box.. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The pool area is ok and again clean and well kept, the bar has everything food and drink you will need all at a good prices. All TV sports available, pool table darts etc... also in the bar area. This was my second stay and will be going again.

We had a brilliant time in Jable Bermudas ! The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. she made us all feel very welcome when we arrived , she explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment, night security , the pool, the bar etc . Staff at the bar were very friendly too, the food and drinks available at the bar were very good and also very reasonably priced ! The apartments were spotless clean and had everything that we needed. Location is great, just a few mins walk to the main strip and beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. We have already booked to come back again !

The location of Jable Bernidas is perfect, the apartment we stayed in was beside the pool and as we were there to relax and recuperate it was awesome to be so close to the facilities. The pool bar staff were friendly and the food was good value. We have stayed here 4 times now and feel comfortable going to the pool bar on our own (Auntie amd Niece) or together.

On our previous visits the cleanliness has been exceptional, however, on this occasion we had a dead cockroach in our apartment on arrival (which cant be avoided) but this critter remained there for the whole of our stay. Also, everytime we had our apartment cleaned they pushed the beds back together - never happened on our previous stays, also, while not a major issue, it was annoying especially as we clearly had single beds when they came in.

The reception staff are excellent, Alicia and the gentleman working the evening shift were so helpful and made my stay so much better. Alicia helped me upgrade to a sea view apartment after my first night and made the transition easy. I'd advise guests to book a sea view apartment if at all possible, it really made all the difference to me as my first room was facing a wall. English TV channels were a nice touch.

The beds really are very uncomfortable and are sunken in the middle. As I was alone and changed apartments after the first night I tried four single beds in two different apartments and they were all the same. I ended up sleeping on the sofa which was fine for me but would have been a problem if there were more of us. Wifi was very weak signal and kept dropping the connection. The blue blankets in the cupboard need washing, they smell of sweat.

Staff at reception very friendly when we arrived. Pointed us to pool bar while we waited for our room to be ready (arrived 1 hour before check in time). Staff at pool bar great. Lovely pool. View from room was amazing, fabulous sunsets. Clean room. Fan in bedroom a god send as we arrived during a heat wave. Great breakfast. Location brilliant too.

We booked taxi for 8.30 but didn't realise reception didn't open until 8.30. So taxi arrived a few minutes ahead of time but we had to ask to wait to get safe deposit back. If we had realised we would have returned safe key the night before. Not a big issue, our mistake, just take note of reception time. Reception staff that morning was very quick, polite and friendly in opening up to sort it out for us.
