Relaxia Lanzaplaya

Relaxia lanzaplaya is fantastic from very clean rooms to very clean surroundings. Been to Lanzarote many many times and this by far is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Covid measures are in place and no need to be worried. Masks must be worn around the pool only if up off the sun bed and walking to the bar etc but other than that u can take it off for relief and relax. Location was central 2 minutes and your in the beach and supermarket outside your door what more do you want.

The only thing i did have a problem with was the sun lounger situation, people reserve them early im the morning and don’t come to them until afternoon.

the place is 4 min from the main strip , and it’s very quiet at nite you can’t hear a thing a great nites sleep all the time , so handy only a short walk and your at the Main Street ,

I liked the atmosphere, although large and with many rooms, the hotel is quiet. The food is delicious and that also makes a difference. It has gluten-free and vegetarian options.

We was on the room and came 6 cockroaches in the bathroom, on Saturday nigth. We neddeded change the room.

Great location, right in the centre for good pubs, restaurants and minutes from the beach. Heated pool. We had a sea view room which was lovely. Staff were always were helpful.

When we arrived there was a strong smell of the cleaning products used but at least we knew it was clean!! Kitchen facilities were a little dated but all worked absolutely fine so can’t complain!

From friendly helpful receptionist to clean comfortable apartment this is the best hotel by far in PDC. Great quiet location close to beach and all the bars and restaurants. Very clean in all areas from pool to apartment. Feels very safe and staff working hard to maintain high standard. Lovely modern apartment with all you need. Will be back soon and will always stay here when we visit.

Could have more English speaking tv channels but not major problem as always out and about.

The location was great, close to everything restaurants shops beach etc! staff were accommodating too and were very friendly at the pool bar

The rooms are only cleaned every 2/3 days as far as i know, had to ask reception for clean towels but they were accommodating in doing so. Pool is slightly small but nothing major

It was quiet, clean, pleasant. Very helpful staff. Close to amenities and also the beach?

Didn't think there was much variety on the food options. Hot water for the showers was not always available at times it wasn't warm. There was no blind for the window in the shower room and this let light in to the bedroom and there was a window between the bedroom and bathroom.

Very nice hotel, walking distance to the beach and Main Street with restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping, bus stop is just 5 min walk. The food was really amazing - fresh and very pleasant served, fish dishes at both lunch and dinner, cakes, sweets, plenty of fruits and ice cream. Kids could always find something to eat. Nice swimming pools with pool bar, music show on Thursdays. So we can definitely recommend it and would like to come back again!

Very clean, location is perfect

Staff were very unhelpful on our last day. On first day we arrived at 11pm so weren’t in time for any food - so on leaving day we asked if we could grab a small lunch and they wouldn’t allow it. It was how they dealt with - very rude and unhelpful. Left a mark on what was a fab stay otherwise.

We usually stay in Playa Blanca and usually go for 5 star Hotels but we wanted a quick budget break and this was just that and MORE! loved it, so clean, so modern and location outstanding. Would recommend this for anyone, I cannot complain about anything except bring your own hairdryer :-).

Nothing it was perfect but I wouldn't go for all inclusive.
