Lani's Suites de Luxe - Adults Only

The staff are marvellous very helpful indeed Restaurant is excellent and the suites are comfortable Worth noting that you either get the sun in the morning or afternoon so suggest you state what side of the property you want when you book

wi fi was supposed to be good but was quite poor. they were replacing it during our visit. pool staff are very good but at times it seemed short staffed

I had high expectations of Lani's due to previous reviews but can safely say they were totally exceeded! This place is a gorgeous oasis in the middle of Playa del Carmen. Stunning design with great use of the relatively limited space they have. Our suite was beautiful and had a real 'wow' factor every time we walked into it! The views are stunning and the lovely small black sand beach below the hotel is perfect for swimming at low tide. What really makes this place though are the staff. Every person we encountered was superb and all genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. From reception to housekeeping to the restaurant and pool staff - all faultless. Yes, it's more expensive than most other places in the area but you get what you pay for! Treat yourself to a stay here - you won't regret it!

The resort was amazing, everything we anticipated and more - the staff were fantastic, looked after every need and nothing was too much trouble - it's relatively expensive in comparison to other normal resorts, however a treat worth every penny for something a bit special From the welcome glass of bubbles and chocolates in reception, to the complimentary hats, sunglasses and swim bag - all the facilities in your room that you need, a beautiful bottomless breakfast overlooking the beach and complimentary cocktails and appetiser delivered to your sun lounger (with elasticated towel covers on the beds, spare towels and cushions) We had a suite and have vowed to try to stay here at least one night each time we come to Lanzarote on our own - beautiful place!

Just being picky here - as there wasn't really anything we didn't like - they missed the butter to go with our bread and the potatoes to go with our evening meal, but we asked for them and they were brought straight over, so not an issue at all, but surprising as they were so on the ball with everything else - AMAZING place,

Starting your holiday with being picked up by Lani' private transport, lovely driver, to the welcoming staff & sparkly offered to us when booking in. To being upgraded to the most beautiful suite, including champagne chocolates & flowers. To the beautiful views and decor, to the spa treatments we enjoyed, to the dining restaurant & food, Thankyou to all the attentive staff in every area of this hotel they where outstanding, they couldn't do enough to make our stay luxurious and relaxing..... Thankyou Lani's.

This hotel went above and beyond to make my stay one of the best ever! I have never felt so at home away from home! Where else can you have breakfast any time you like and elegant dinners served with front views of the ocean by a team of staff who work tirelessly to provide 5 star service catered to each guest's individual needs!! I could go on and on, but I would actually rather keep this place to myself (haha!). Thank you Antonio and the team of restaurant staff: Amanda, Viviana, Edison and Cosmen for making me feel as if I was a guest in your home kitchen. The food was fabulous! Of course the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, with Nespresso machine and tea maker along with every other amenity you could possibly desire. The management/reception team were highly professional yet completely "down to earth" friendly which is not something I find at other hotels. Thank you to Ingrid, Jonathan, Alejandro and sweet Miriam for going the extra mile, and handling my every need with efficiency and pose:))...and of course a big thank you to Lani: your hotel is blessed and wonderful :)).

the interiors were fabulous and staff were extremely friendly.

our suite was facing into the restaurant so felt vey exposed and not private enough. there was also a cockroach in the apartment.

Where do I start - the best staff ever - they are amazingly friendly and helpful and go above and beyond - the amazing restaurant staff, fabulous reception staff and the amazing pool lady. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the whole hotel is stunning. The thoughtfulness of the little extras, the incredible quality of the food served in the hotel - together with the more than occasional glass of Carva offered. Just wow!

I didn't like leaving the hotel!

Everything was incredible, from the moment we arrived we were picked up by the hotel in a lovely car and upon arrival of the hotel it was like we were royalty. Nothing was too much for us, our honeymoon suite was beyond outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The view from all over the hotel is perfect. We didn’t really need to leave our hotel room as everything was there, hot tub, hammocks, sun loungers, sea views, a step away from the pool or a 1 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast menu is provided all day so if you fancy brunch instead you can have that, you can have everything off the menu if you wanted. The food is outstanding!!!! The array of drinks and cocktails are fantastic, there is nothing you could want that they don’t have. We will certainly be going back!!

Pretty much everything. The staff firstly were really accommodating, friendly, genuine and generous. The hotel was immaculate. Everyday your suite feels brand new with little treats / extras and almost a free mini bar (spirits not included). They really go the extra mile with cleanliness and making you feel Covid staff as well. The hotel was extremely generous throughout our stay - free private transfer from and to the airport, champagne on arrival while checking in and once again a cold bottle on ice in the room. We went for my wife’s birthday and they decorated the room, set up a small (delicious) cake and another bottle of champagne. No additional cost either. The restaurant is described as the best on the island - again great staff, amazing food and plentiful. Just a brilliant relaxing stay with all the friendliest people.
