Hotel Atlántico Centro

i would recommend that anyone planning on coming to tenerife for a holiday that avoids the mess and noise of the party down south should go and stay in santa cruz , but especially in this hotel. it couldnt have been in a better location right on one of the main shopping streets full of life and places to eat and drink. my experience in the hotel was nothing other than perfect , the room was huge and well air conditioned . the bed was so comfy and the staff were incredibly friendly

room service ..in terms of getting your room cleaned up and made fresh was very slow but it wasnt a problem due to the standards that they keep when making it good as new for you the next day. i was out and about for most of my stay so it only happened once or twice when there was a clash between me and the cleaning staff , none the less you could ask for it to be done at any time you wanted.

The hotel is very central. It was quite. The room is not very modern. The cleaning was very good. Everything functioned properly in the room. The shower in the bathroom did not leak. I would totally recommend it. The was bigger than I believed it will be. When I first read some of the reviews I was having doubts. I took 3 night and then extended with 1. Total 4 night.

Great central location with restaurants & cafes surrounding, as well as short walk to the port & waters edge, music theatre, library. My room was very comfortable & bathroom good with hot water & clean,towels, t.v

Would have liked outside window instead of interior courtyard view, but I believe only double room (2 people booking) get placed there

Great basic hotel. Perfect location, accessible, clean and comfortable.

Mattress might be a little hard for some people. Room only had a window facing the inner courtyard so a bit gloomy.

Great, central location, in the main shopping street, perfect for a short weekend stay. The staff is kind, especially the lady serving breakfast. The views from the terrace on top are beautiful, overlooking the city.

The hotel and the rooms are old, need refurbishing, new furniture.

Traditional accomodation with ideal central location. Despite being so central there was no noise disturbance during the night. Appreciated the table and chairs and the fridge was a bonus.

The two steps into the building would be a problem for wheelchair users.

It was very hot in the room and the ceiling fan didn't help much, but this is fine for a cheap hotel in the centre of a city on a tropical island

Good down town location. Close to passenger terminal, main shopping area. Got a spacious room at 4th floor, large bathroom, fast wifi. 24hrs reception.

actually nothing to complain. Maybe some more plugs for loading pc, mobiles etc would be good.

I had to do a booking for that same night, including a late check-in. Everything was very nice, specially the staff. I went there as a solo traveller for one night and they made me feel comfortable.
