Hotel Hiberus

Beautiful building, extremely spacious and close to city centre by foot. On site car parking was plentiful. Stylish, spacious and modern rooms with view of city and Ebro. Staff were polite and helpful. Dinner was good value in the restaurant and well cooked and nicely presented. Good breakfast with great choice.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner - mould on the floor at the edge of the glass. Car park at 17euros per night a bit pricey. Shame the pool was closed - although we were there in October the weather was wonderfully hot and after a day in the city a swim would have been very welcome.

Very modern and clean hotel. 4 minutes away by taxi from Zaragoza Delicias train station, 20 min. by taxi from the old town. Our room had view for the swimming pool (unfortunately we didn't have time to try it, as we were staying one night only, and it was not possible to extend our stay - hotel was fully booked from the next night). There was not much to choose from at the breakfast, but everything was delicious and high quality (water served in glass bottles, freshly squeezed orange juice). The bathroom had all the ammenities: bath tub, separate shower, wc and bidet, double sink - it was really comfortable :) The window had double shutters/blinds (steered electronically) so it was very comfortable to keep enough light in the room. Welcome sweet at the room was nice to find. Staying one night was too short and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I was to come back to Saragossa.

During check in, the staff didn't speak English and it was difficult to communicate. After arrival in our room we found one of the sinks in the bathroom clogged, the wifi was not working (disconnecting every 3 seconds, and it was nearly impossible to find any place with decent wifi coverage in our room). We asked for assistance but they couldn't resolve the internet issue.

Modern hotel near the convention center in a modern area of the city. There is a park near the hotel, the Ebro river and a beautiful bridge across the river. A little far from the center, but if you go by car it is not essential. Large and spacious parking with changing points for electric vehicles. Friendly staff.

A bit strange interior design of the hotel - one endless corridor with the same doors. More like a warehouse than a living space.

Our first visit to Zaragoza and this Hotel was chosen for easy access. We had an excellent 4th Floor Room with a fantastic view, the bed was comfortable and the Wi-fi worked well. The breakfast, which included a cooked option set us up for the day.

The only quibble was the food in the Restaurant which was variable, however the Bar Menu was better value. The secure underground parking was expensive but gave us peace of mind.

The bidet did not work. I had some minor difficulty finding the control for the electric curtains. Not enough beds and shade at the pool, and too many people had placed towels on beds and walked away, so a policy discouraging this selfish behaviour would be very helpful. I moved to a shady area under a parasol, but had a confrontation with another guest when he returned to the bed that he had placed his towel on - I reminded him that he didn't own the hotel :-)

The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and the overall hospitality is top notch. My mate even got some chocolate on their birthday. The bathroom is beautiful. The hotel is a close walk to the trains/buses, Lidl, McDonald's, and a park. This hotel isn't far from the centre and there are a bunch of beautiful sights to be seen. Nothing I didn't like, all was well and I would stay there again, most definitely. I should have read the fine print because their pool is closed until May 28, 2022. Their sister hotel's pool also opens May 28, 2022.

The breakfast was very good and varied. The fruit was especially good. The rooms were clean and large. From the window there was a great view of the Ebro River. The hotel is located very close to the train station.

In principle, there is nothing to complain about except the lady from the service who entered the room without knocking on the door during our stay

The hotel looks futuristic from the outside and rooms are spectacular. Very comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom and all you need for a great stay. Good choice at breakfast and a very classy restaurant downstairs for dinner.

Unless you have stuff to do in the neighborhood, it is quite far from the city center, and there are no shops or minimarkets around. However, there is public transportation nearby.

Very comfortable room with lots of amenities.

TV remote didn’t work, shower didn’t drain and flooded the bath. My husband had to work late so I looked at the hotel menu and it was €44 so I just grabbed sandwiches from the vending machine. There was a lack of chairs at the pool and a live back was playing which was loud in our room and made it hard for him to talk on the phone for his work calls. The bed only had one large pillow for both people to use so we had to ask for extra.
