Disliked · In the single room, there is limited storage space if you would want to stay for 3 nights (or more) - then I would suggest booking a double room, even if you are travelling solo. Breakfast: its just about right but I would like to request the management to consider adding more variety to the breakfast Menu

The hotel is literally across the square from the station exit at Visp. Since I had planned to arrive after 10pm I was actually able to dash out earlier in my travels, check in, get a key and then continue my journey knowing I could get back in later! It was a Saturday night and there was some night life in the square. At breakfast a VERY friendly and helpful lady attended to our needs.

Elite is a very comfortable hotel in Visp, Switzerland. Their Vísper Pinta restaurant serves excellent food and is a happening local place with a great atmosphere. Breakfast is also very good. If you’re on your way to Zermatt or the SaaS Valley in Valais, I recommend staying over at Elite. The train and bus station is across the street and a couple of supermarkets as well.

Fresh air, silence in the morning, and view of mountains is so relaxing.
The elevator does not go to the 4th floor for some reason, stairs are small and steep, so carrying luggage could be interesting :) Final works in rooms and corridors are leaving an impression of a lack of proper maintenance.

The hotel is just opposite the station. The staff at reception and in the lovely restaurant on the first floor where I had dinner and breakfast were welcoming, helpful and efficient. My room was not fancy, but it was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. A very pleasant stay.

Very obliging receptionists. Pleasant mountain view from the room. Very convenient location opposite the station meant that I could collect my bag between trains after check out. Substantial breakfast and useful discount offered on the in-house restaurants.
