the location is near to train station. very cozy for a family.

Surprised the room came with balcony. A large one, facing toward the street.

The church bell next door, every hour it rings. Every 15mins interval it rings. With the window/door closed during the summer, it like an oven, but it the only way to soundproof the room. With the door/window open, fresh cool air get circulated inside, but you will lose sleep since the church bell rings, even at 3am at night. Ear plugs wont work if you're a light sleeper. But overall, location is excellent. Next to supermarket and train station. If only the bells was silence during sleep hours.

All amenities were included in this large apartment right next to the train station. Perfect if you are traveling with kids and staying for a long duration.

A few basic items like a shampoo were missing, which was for some reason only provided upon asking. We only got to know that cooking was "not allowed" upon check-in. I think this was a preventative measure to avoid fire or any other hazard but would have been nice to know about such restrictions before we planned the trip. Given the hefty fine for setting off the smoke alarm, we ended up using the kitchen just to warm packaged food.

The location of the place was superb, being conveniently situated near Interlaken West station. It was merely a short distance away, and you could easily spot the signboards from the station. The staff members were incredibly friendly and even offered Interlaken discount coupons for transportation. The accommodation itself was a homestay facility, featuring a modest interior with a shared bathroom. The bathrooms were well-maintained and provided essential toiletries, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

The breakfast offered was satisfactory.

I love the warmest welcomeabd accommodating services given by Ms. Mandy, Petra and other girl i dont her name who helped me alot during my short stay. The hotel is behind wilderswill train station, bus is 105 going to the west stn interlaken. There is a grocery named migros or migrolino? You can also find a church in the area after the bridge. The place is clean, bed is comfy… i had to stay in sharing bathroom but it wasnt crowded at all. Guests are also friendly. We were served superb breakfast in the morning. I couldnt ask for more. I have had a sumptuous breakfast before my first day adventure.They also gave me a blue card to use in transportation in the town. Petra arranged my early morning taxi. Mandy moore told me i have pack lunch in early am bec i couldnt eat bfast. You guys are so wonderful. I couldnt ask for more. This hotel is highly recommended to all travelers. They will treat you as a family.I will definitely comeback with the next visit.

Entire floor in traditional house with lots of character. Beautiful view of older village. Nicely renovated living and bedroom and good amount for space for family of 4. Large dining table, functional kitchen and bathroom. The induction cooktop was great and wifi fast. Other small appliances: Nespresso coffee maker, water cooker. The fridge was large (for European standards) but did not have a freezer compartment. No microwave or toaster but we used oven instead. Great Access to the valley, directly located at the train station and free use of train with the cards issued by the hotel. Walking distance to grocery stores.

First view of bathroom made it look slightly run down but everything functional (good water pressure, too) and clean.

Ideally situated in the valley of Berner Oberland region. In 20 minutes to the North East, you can reach Beatenberg village and from there the Niederhorn mountain by cable car, where you can ski, hike or sledge. From Niederhorn you get the best view of Bernese Alps! On the other side, 20 minutes to South-East you can reach Grindelwald or Mürren and enjoy the alps from within! The hotel also has a restaurant, where you can get reasonably priced good meals. Good breakfast, friendly staff! And, before you leave the hotel, take a short walk in to the village; there are some traditional houses and a wooden bridge to see.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast but the flies were very disturbing. We had nice dinner in the restaurant 2 nights, good food and evening sun at the terrace. Good for kids with a play kitchen and toys next to the bar/reception in the restaurant. Free parking next to the hotel. Cute little village with old houses. Right next to train station and easy to go to Grindewald etc.

Way too many flies hanging around in breakfast and restaurant area. The house is a bit old and smells a little funky but mostly in the hallway, rooms and bathrooms are clean.

The location was great - right next to Wilderswil train station, it was really easy to get to Interlaken by either bus or train, as well as to other nearby places like Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. The shared toilets were very clean, and breakfast was good. Sink in room was convenient. Very value for money and friendly staff.

Would be great if our room could have a small kettle.

The room was quite big with a personal balcony and decent breakfast provided within the price. The property also had free parking and gave us free public transport tickets till Interlaken for the days of our stay there.

I did not check this before but the bathrooms were shared and I was not expecting that in a hotel. It was not a huge deal but good to know before you book the place.
