Location is good. Walkable distance to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. I would say it was a decent place and considering the prices around we were happy with the choice. Plenty of restaurants around, also a supemarket within 2 mins walk distance.There is a common kitchen which you could use (we didnt) There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel if needed. Also there is a pub on the groundfloor

We arrived at 12pm and we didnt know there is no checkin desk (we wanted to leave our luggages). Doors were closed so we tried ringing the doorbell and tel number but no answer. We called many many times and eventually left as we didnt want to waste the day. Came back in the evening and the keys were waiting for us. It would have been nice for someone to actually pickup the phone and say to come later or anything.luckly the train station has lockers so you can leave the luggage there for a fee.

The room was perfect for a solo traveller. Comfortable with great view from window.

Communication could be better. I didn't realise that the place doesn't have a manned reception (probably my own fault). I've been travelling alot and have been able to arrive early and store luggage, but not here. Had to sit in coffee shop for a few hours and wait. This should be a little clearer on the booking details. I could have done something different.

Good location, in town and near a bakery, grocery store, and restaurants. Away from the crowded center but a nice and easy walk. We really enjoyed having a terrace and access to a refrigerator, Silverware, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean when we arrived. Check-in was easy with the envelope at the door. This is a comfortable place and we thought it was a good value. We didn’t pay for luxury, we paid for comfortable and clean and that’s what we got!

Others have said it, but we would have liked a response to our request for the bus pass. Having said that, we rode the bus several times and no one ever asked for a pass or ticket like they do on the trains! Maybe that’s why it’s not really a priority to have one. It worked out!

the location, not far from the Interlaken West station or Ost station (10 min walk, 5 min by bus 105 or 104). The bus stop is opposite to the hotel and another bus-top is just in-front of the hotel. The room was clean, had all the necessities (but dish washing machine was out off order). We had kitchen in our 2 beds room apartment with a view of the mountains at the front balcony. There’s a supermarket near the hotel “Coop” (5 min walks)

Poor customer service. No responses to any messages that you sent via Booking.com and they didn't answer the phone calling line also. Lots of stairs to go up the 4th floor without elevator. But I'm waiting to check in in front of the building, the guy come to drop the envelop with the room key and door code for guests, helps us to carry some baggage upstairs, Thanks to his helping hands.

It’s really close to Interlaken Ost station. And bus-top is just in-front of the hotel. You will get a free bus ride card from any hotels at interlaken and I got it from this hotel as well. Room was clean, bed was good. bathroom was clean and hot water available . Hotel location is absolutely nice. Electric kettle, coffee, sugar provided. And there’s a common kitchen area available. you can heat/cook food if you want. common fridge also available. and there’s a bakery shop in-front of the hotel. and also grocery shop available at 100m distance. And also there’s a hotel restaurants at ground floor which is open to anyone. You can pay and buy food/drink from there as well. self check-in and check-out is only available but you can ask anything using their WhatsApp number. if you are traveling to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald, its just a 30 minutes ( or less) from here.

We were a group of 3, we were given 2 interconnecting rooms which gave us a lot of space. Tiny bathroom but was ok for a short stay. The rooms felt very homely as they are lined in timber, we slept well. There was a small kitchen which we used for breakfast and a nice balcony to eat overlooking the street. Great supermarket close by. Food is very expensive in Switzerland so we ate supermarket food a lot whilst we were there. Nice area with a few food and drinking options available.

No staff on premises, we had a few questions but didn't know who to ask. No lift so don't bring large pieces of luggage! Bit of a walk from the centre of Interlake but we didn't mind.

Single rooms are Very convenient for solo trip.location very convenient for travel. Good restaurants nearby.

Its affordable price with the comfy bed and shower, with beautiful view but sadly our room is facing the road so no view of the mountain. Consider pretty easy to get to public transport since the bus station is in front of the hotel. And the amenities is great since you have communal area to cook and store your food if needed.

There is ni lift but pretty much everywhere in europe there is no lift. The fact that the instruction for check in is not being communicated properly and when we arrived there is a notice that the restaurant is closed and there is no staff available which did make us panic. But actually there’s key at the side of the guesthouse which is the entrance. Its not easy to detect at first.

The place was exactly as described and super clean! Easy to access public transport and near to several restaurants and a ski rental shop. I will for sure stay there again next time I visit Interlaken.

This is not the fault of the owner, but during my stay there were several guests who I guess were not aware of the legal quiet hours in Switzerland. It would be great if the owner could help enforce this by reminding guests in advance of their stay that 10pm to 6am is quiet hours, and it is probably good to leave some notices in the building that this is mandatory and for the benefit of the local residents and other guests.

Location & Room size. The hotel is close to everything. Supermarket, coffe, restaurant, self service laundry... there are bus stop in front of the hotel where you can go to the main train stations: Interlaken West and Ost.

It s kind of not enough to be a hotel nor an apartment. You don't have a kitchen where you can cook. Only a common kitchen with fridge and microwaves. And can not be called a hotel... we stayed there for 3 nights but no cleaning. They didn't even throw out the garbage nor change the bath towels. Our room is big and confortable. Unless the wooden floor, it makes noise when we moved/walked around the room.
