I love everything about this little hotel. Staff are friendly and nice.. the location is good, near the Interlaken west st. About 10-15 mins walk. The bed is comfy not to hard just nice for my liking. And there is liftt 🤣 and air con in room.. there is a bus stop 3 mins away which bring you to interlaken Ost. Room is also spacious enough for 3 person.
Nothing much just would appreciate if the hotel could provide room slipper.

The proximity to the center of town was good. The woman behind the desk was very friendly and helpful and gave us an excellent suggestion for a convenient and affordable way to enjoy the sunset, which we greatly appreciated.
The entrance to the hotel is wedged between two restaurants or is right in the middle of the outdoor seating for a restaurant. The street facing room is a bit noisy.

Great location - right in the center of town, walkable distance to train station, shops and Harder Kulm funicular. We had a friendly/approachable receptionist who was able to advise us on the Jungfrau tickets and recommended things to do around Interlaken.

Nice staff. Everything is safe. The location is near bus stops and many attractions/restaurants/shops around Interlaken. Staff helped us in calling taxi and ordering meals for us when my brother and I had an accident and needed to stay at the hospital until late at night.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient locations as the bus stop to Interlaken ost is a 2 minute walk from the entrance. Interlaken west is a 5-10 minute walk which is again convenient

Really great value for money. All facilities meets our needs as family. Very strategic location. Receptionists are very responsive and understood each of our needs. Even they help us to get a taxi in quite urgent situation in the middle of the night.
