Bay Breeze Boutique Accommodation

Due to some issues with the hotel's booking system, our original room was not available and we got a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view. The initial delay in checking in turned out to be a blessing in disguise, for the view was absolutely gorgeous and afforded us a great view of the beautiful sunrise at Batemans Bay. The room was also spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

The tap in the bathroom sink was positioned at an awkward angle which made it a little challenging to wash and rinse. Also, there was no door separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom, resulting in a very wet floor after bathing. But these were small flaws that didnt detract from the overall wonderful experience we had here.

We stayed 2 nights and got upgraded to a room with a view for my partner's birthday. It was so lovely watching the sunrise from the bedroom against silhouetted sail boats. The room itself is extremely spacious with luxurious body products. The bed itself could have fit 5 of us as we are petite Asians. Everything is close by and you can just walk to the shops along the esplanade. Although the accommodation is situated near the main road, we hardly heard anything. That and we were watching Netflix most nights. There were 2 bikes (they look huge but they were able to be adjustable to us) available to ride which we rode to the oyster shed. Felt like we really escaped city life and entered a sanctuary. Thank you again for having us stop

The fan in the bathroom is a bit loud for my liking and maybe a microwave would have been good to have. Otherwise perfect.

Beautiful interior and lovely views of the water. Truly an experience sleeping and waking to the sounds of crashing waves. Aircon, big window with lots of natural lighting and generally room felt upmarket. Also loved the decorations in the common areas which really set a great theme to the stay. The small admin board with room and WiFi details containing local restaurant recommendations was a very nice touch. Bed was very comfy and room was pristine clean.

Bathroom could be a bit bigger but the main issue was the lack of shower curtains (poor design). Bathroom floor immediately in front of shower was completely drenched. Room could also use a bigger and more modern TV. Also side note, the hot and cold water knobs in the shower were inverted - they need switching. Otherwise the stay was lovely and will definitely be back in the future if I'm in town again. Thanks again Alison!

The location was exceptional, loads of space and plenty of natural light, very comfy bed, lovely linen, very nice toiletries provided, great laundry setup in the apartment, condiments provided very helpful and tips for eating out and fishing spots (thanks Alison)

Unfortunately, no smart tv and the setup procedure to run our Netflix through the dated equipment meant the sound was very poor; worse still once everyone else that were staying at the property jumped on as well, it froze completely and no movie for the rest of that evening. Definitely recommend upgrade the tv and internet from 2Ghz.

Thé location is very beautiful and the decor of the rooms are stylishly appealing It has a very relaxed serene vibe and being able to sit on your own patio looking at the sea drinking a glass of wine, heaven! The lady who checked me in and out was just lovely, lots of suggestions of where to eat and helpful in every way I’ll definitely stay again.

Bit pricey

This was a fabulous place to be based to explore and enjoy Batemans Bay. Alison was an exceptional host - giving helpful advice and responding quickly to requests. Such a beautiful seaside view and vibe just outside our window. We loved the complimentary use of bikes to enjoy the promenade cycling track. Strongly recommend.

,This was a beautiful room in the perfect position. I arrived with an error in my booking (from my end) which was sorted so smoothly and quickly it was incredible. I stayed in room 1 which was very spacious and peaceful and looked directly onto the promenade. Bed was massive and comfortable,the room was clean and Deb on Recep was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again

the location, the views and the fact that it was very spacious Penthouse

Would appreciate more usable amenities if I were to stay longer. example a tall boy in bedrooms as the wardrobes do not have any cube storage, the laundry is tricky to use as it doesn’t open up completely hard to pour detergent into washer or sink door wouldn’t open I tried to wash my kids shoes after muddy visit to zoo, I couldn’t.

on the waterfront! excellent location also near key shops and eating sites, large apartment, clean, amenities worked and were manifold. friendly staff.

lay out - second bedroom no windows despite excellent water views from the first bedroom! need some sit down chairs for the balcony. needs two bathrooms if able for the up to 5 adults.

The view from our ground floor room was stunning. The staff were friendly and helpful - had even turned on the air conditioner so that the room was warm on the very cold afternoon we arrived. The room had a gorgeous balcony.

An option for a continental breakfast could have been provided.
