Fabulous views, within walking distance of town, well laid out and comfortable corner apartment with two balconies. Underground car park with lift to apartment. Automatic access and free use of the Soldiers club across the road. Access to laundry (washing machine and tumble dryer) in underground garage. Towels were changed on a daily basis. Bottles of water replenished daily. Large screen tv.

Staff had been aware that for some time the guest wifi at this facility simply does not function and were unwilling/unable to do anything to help. They simply kept repeating "the concrete walls here are too thick for wifi to work. We will tell our IT staff again". I had no access to my emails for a whole weekend and unable to access websites! If you want a wifi connection, I recommend you look elsewhere.

The location is perfect. Super easy access to bay side walk. And short stroll to town centre for great restaurants, cosy cafe and town shopping village. The staffs are really helpful and friendly. There is an atrium on same level as where we stay and perfect for a chill or for a short meeting. The secured car is great for us as we normally leave our car in the parking and walk around the neighbourhood.

We had booked a room facing roadside. For light sleeper, would not recommend not to book roadside room as it would be a bit noisy. The bed is too soft for my liking but it is purely personal.

This establishment is in a safe location right on the waterfront. There is the Soldiers Club right across the road if you don't wish to eat in and it is very convenient to the main shopping mall. Each room has a balcony which was great to sit out with a glass of wine in the evenings. What staff we interacted with were most helpful.

The signage to the hotel reception could be more prominent. Driving in a strange town and seeing the hotel quite prominent in front of us we drove past the underground entrance before we realized and needed to travel some distance to turn back and approach the car park again.

The location and facilities were great (Loved the common room and ice machine). The room was pretty comfortable too. It rained a fair bit during our stay and the staff were very friendly, offering us umbrellas and telling us what we could do when the weather was bad.

We got the room with the tree directly in front of the balcony. We had spent quite a bit of time on the balcony and had a few meals out there and it was a bit disappointing that our view was obscured the way it was. It's the only room to have this issue, so a bit of bad luck on our part.

Loved the location so close to everything. Loved the soldiers club across the road - had dinner there 3 out of 5 nights. Accomodation was very comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy.

A microwave in the room and a little bit of cutlery or crockery just Incase you want to buy take away. We ended up having take away Chinese 1 night and went and bought cutlery and plates for the reject ahop As the room only had cup/saucer and teaspoon.

The room was delightful, with all the facilities you need. The beds were great, and the standard room was very spacious. Team at the desk were friendly and very helpful.

The carpark entry isn't easy to see, and if you miss it you have to drive down the road and back a fair way to try again. In addition, they were overbooked for car spaces at the hotel. There is the option to park across the road, so you aren't left high and dry, but when packing to leave I wouldn't have wanted to walk suitcases that far.

The room 202 was excellent with surround water views. The super large bed was very comfortable.

The toilet was too narrow. No microwave or toaster. Atrium not easy to locate, no signage on level 1. No sign for microwave location which took some time to find and was very low, on bottom shelf to clearly see the dials.. This was a brief getaway for our 56th anniversary but a fall at reception spoiled it completely. My wife spending the time in bed recuperating. Very disappointed.

Lock up secure garage for the car, great central location with the very comfortable Soldiers Club directly across the road for a good meal. Very comfortable room with a lovely morning view of the water. The water side is the quiet side away from road noise.

A bit expensive for the time of year. Also, there is a central and large lounge area with the guest rooms around the perimeter. I could image this to be quite noisy in peak times.

The room was very large and comfortable. The view was lovely over the river. I loved the bathroom which was roomy and had a rain shower head on the shower which I love. I also liked the under cover secure parking. I visited the Soldiers Club opposite for dinner with friends and had a lamb roast which was cooked beautifully.

I have no complaints at all, everything was very good and I will definitely stay again.

Absolute water front apartment. And a lovely walk on the esplanade beside the bay to numerous restaurants. Very helpful people at reception.

There’s some traffic noise when you open the sliding doors & sit on the verandah, being near the coastal arterial road. But a very quiet sleep so that’s more important than some noise during the day. Choose the waterside apartments & you’ll love the location.
